We worked with Matt, the store owner. He was awesome. My husband asks an annoying amount of questions. He must have taken a total of 3 hours with us on 2 separate days. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and the differences in the beds and how they are constructed. This firm has a very good return policy, they have sone really high end beds, and they also price match for 4 months. They offer free door delivery although we paid the extra 100 for set up. I wouldn’t waste any time at other bed places, this store is well run and managed, clean, and they make buying a bed easy. This is your only stop for a new bed. Had a better selection with newer models set up to try than other mattress firm nearby.

I’d love to give this crew a 5 star. Let me start with the positives: great customer service, willing to show me lots of options, told me about specials and “deals”. Quick to reply and get me details. This is more of a warning of what type of “deal” not to take.
So my back had been hurting because of the dips in the old bed (8 years old and loved that i also bought from mattress firm.) so it was time to buy again. The bed i tried was great inside the store but was out of my price range and i was told i could get a floor model of the exact mattress on a sale price. The catch is you waive your 190 day trial. You are stuck with what you get. When my bed shows up it’s not firm it sinks way down all over not like it was used just like it was the wrong mattress. Well i check the tag and it was in fact the correct “firm” mattress but still didn’t feel firm at all. My back has been hurting even worse. This post is mainly to tell people DO NOT GET A FLOOR MODEL. You don’t know what shape it’s in and you’re left without any options. Definitely spend more to get a bed you can test out. Other than buying a bed i can’t use and still owing on it the customer service was great, process was smooth and communication was great. In their defense they made me fully aware i couldn’t return it. I just had no idea the mattress i got wouldn’t feel the same at all. Low rating so people read this and know not to buy a floor model!!
