“I read the reviews before I came here, and called before I headed over there and on the phone I forgot who I talked to but she was really friendly and really helpful and then I went in and it was a totally different experience than the negative comments I read in the reviews. I met with the same lady I talked to on the phone with she was very nice very very helpful I still have to go back and get a phone because I couldn't get the cash but she even gave me a charger before I left because I told her what was happening with my phone and I'm sure that charger wasn't cheap it's like a turbocharger. And I was going to write a good review before she even gave me the charger and that just topped everything off and now my phone is working perfectly after I tried multiple chargers this is the only one that would charge it and she gave it to me free of charge. I'm definitely coming here for all my T-Mobile needs while I'm in fort Worth. I studied the place while I was in there different employees working with different customers and everyone was really chill and seemed very helpful I didn't see one aggravated customer, and I did ask about the reviews and even mentioned that this place is a lot better than some of these reviews made it out to be and come to find out one of the really long bad reviews on here somebody put down and it wasn't even this isn't even the right store they wrote a wrong review for this store thinking it was the another store but I highly recommend this place for your customer service.”

“I have been wanting to upgrade my phone for awhile, but was debating on waiting on the iphone 17's, but really wanted the pink iphone 16 plus. Well i made the decision to switch from my 14 pro max. i didnt want to wait for the phone to be shipped so i checked which location had it in stores via the T-Life app..Welp this location was the winner. I went in with my mom and was instantly greeted and taken care of. They weren't busy and we didnt feel rushed. I initially was helped by Mauricio Olgiun, he was super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. when another customer came in they switched out and the next guy Kevin Holleman was just as nice, pleasant and knowledgeable, they were super patient and helped me the whole way through the upgrade process, also Steven Curry was helpful as well. Team Work make the dream work. I normally go into the T-Mobile that is closer to my house on Eastchase, ALWAYS the worst experience. I am willing to travel to this location for all my needs now. Great experience and i LOVE my pink iphone 16 plus!”

“So far, our internet has never dropped and is MEGA fast. Also, I had some contractors run over our line and sever it, but Onesource was so quick to respond and follow up with me to get us a new line. Weve only had to wait about 2 days which in my opinion is not bad at all, especially for a problem like this where they have to run a whole new line. They even offered a credit for loss of service and it wasnt even their fault!! With internet companies like comcast out there, Onesource really stands out.

“Jessie was great , my mother and I originally went in because her phone froze one day and wouldn’t turn on . We were very worried that this would mean years of memories lost because of the backup on the phone . Jessie was able to save my mother’s memories without even opening up her phone since the phone was completely disabled and broken . Jessie then went and got the iPhone 15 pro max for my mother and helped her through the steps of opening the phone and how to use it which was honestly him going out of his way because they were very busy . When I got my mothers phone Jessie told us to come back anytime so we took that literally lol and came back the same day ?!!! My boyfriend and I was able to update to 2 iPhone 15 pro max and Jessie helped us again through the process of transferring all my info and even made sure all my photos and messages came back after the phone was updated . Jessie was very patient, kind, and honest ! He needs a raise and more !!! Thank you again!!”

“I had an excellent experience with Spencer at T Mobile Presidio Towne Crossing yesterday and today while troubleshooting a frustrating issue with my daughter's Apple Watch and phone connectivity. He was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem, walking through multiple solutions methodically until he finally diagnosed the problem. What really stood out was his patience. He never rushed us or made us feel like we were an inconvenience, even when the troubleshooting process took longer than expected.
His technical knowledge was impressive, but equally important was his genuine willingness to help. You can tell he actually cares about solving customer problems rather than just getting through his day. He was warm, funny and interested in effectively resolving the issue.

I was first approached by Leon who greeted me as soon as he laid eyes on me, appreciated that. Our interaction was very pleasant and Leon wasted no time helping me get my upgrade PIXEL 10 PRO XL. One of the coolest parts about our transaction is that after Leon spent all this time crossing the i's and dotting the t's, once we discovered the exact cost for my upgrade, I showed some hesitation but would've felt bad if I didn't go through with it because Leon had spent all this time helping me. But Leon was so cool, he sincerely assured me that he would completely understand if, financially, I would need to wait on the upgrade. He stated he enjoyed our conversation so much, that was a pleasure in itself. Well, that made me want to get it even more with this bro. Lol. So I got it and I'm happy I did, I love this phone.
Then eventually Ali had came to the floor to help, as the crowd was starting to build up so he had Leon tend to another customer while he finished setting me up. I also enjoyed my conversation with Ali. He was very soft spoken, down to earth, and knowledgeable in helping me and his staff, as all of them came to him with a question or two during the rest of my transaction.

There was a bit of a wait time..I was originally a cricket owner, my phone would be frequently on and off on SOS only and no service. I was tired of it so I switched to Verizon. I got an upgrade from iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 pro max (deep purple) the guy I had was super helpful and quick with the setup and process. He printed out a paper and explained detail by detail of the breakdown of the price and deals.”
