“Nuvia was an amazing help with setting up our new line on our existing plan, explaining the differences between the different phones we were looking at, and helping us move an existing jumber from Google Fi to T-Mobile.
Mark was also very helpful and great to talk to. The store was clean, we were helped immediately, and there was lots of parking avaliable. Will definitely come back to this location for future needs.”

As everyone knows customer service is everything to me. 2 years ago I had a very ugly encounter at the T-Mobile in Southlake and did not give a desirable review. However, since then they vamp things up. Hopefully they take some tips from the smaller store or for Davis all their staff members. Awesome! So there's no need to point one out from the other. “I needed a new phone ASAP, and the people there was able to help me get settled. There was a bit of a wait time..I was originally a cricket owner, my phone would be frequently on and off on SOS only and no service. I was tired of it so I switched to Verizon. I got an upgrade from iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 pro max (deep purple) the guy I had was super helpful and quick with the setup and process. He printed out a paper and explained detail by detail of the breakdown of the price and deals.”
