Great service. Excellent customer service. Every time I come here, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I brought 4 new tires in to have them mounted, balanced, and aligned, and it was only $120. It also took less than an hour. Again, Hamm's is amazing. I will continue to use their services, and so should you!

Wanted to like this place. Pass by all the time. Came in on a Sunday. To buy some tires and get them mounted. Went into the office as the guys outside were all busy. Older white buff male seated down behind the counter was talking to a customer. Waited behind him. Kept waiting… they keep talking, like a conversation not even about tires, they are just shootin the breeze. Finally he looks up and says BMW! A guy gets up from the waiting room and gets his keys, pays and leaves. Both guys continue talking. Guy behind the counter doesn’t even bat an eye at me. I’m in my head thinking “are you serious?” Am I supposed to speak up? “ Hey I’m here do you see me?” You would think a place of business would greet their potential customers. After 10 minutes waiting with no acknowledgment I left. I don’t recommend this place.

Don’t recommend this place. They stole the key to my tire and when ask about it, they act like they didn’t know. When I hand them the key in their hand I know what key was my and they try to give me a old and used one

Really great experience. Guys do a great job very good price for two brand new steer tires for my 99 f350. Sat for 45 min and job was done and my service dog was welcome as well huge deal for me if your in the area and need a reasonable price and great service these guys will take care of ya. Two thumbs all the way up. Got me back to work even on a holiday weekend. Could not be happier.

Just drove by it did not stop there or anything like that but I did go there several years ago to have my wheels balanced if I remember correctly The service was good and the job was done in a timely manner would I go back there yesterday I would but I live in white settlement so I don't think it will be anytime soon

I spent 3000 dollars and 7 hours for front end bushings and an alignment and they forgot to put screws on my wheel covers and it tore up my cover on the left side. They blamed me saying I must have ran over something to make it come loose, which was a lie because when they finished my repair I noticed that they only fixed the left side and they left the right side cover loose. I'm glad I checked it out before I left because they would have accused me of running over something again. So I had to wait another hour for them to put one screw on my right side wheel cover. I won't be coming back and I'm telling everyone about my experience. They never apologized to me either, not even for the wait.

Take a 45 mins just to change one used tired and the Guy was just walking around playing with the coworkers / is incredible
It wasn’t busy because 2 people came inside and asked them for the key as I was first !

I don't want to give a star period. Had a tire replaced and during the process of lifting my car they punctured my power steering pressure line. When informed I was told someone would get in touch with me taken my number, I had to call them back and basically was giving the run around. 40$ tire cost me 485$ out of pocket for something they broke and wouldn't stand by. So if they break anything don't expect them to acknowledge it or repair it. Companies are not what they use to be.
