Hamm's is a no-thrills tire business. They carry several different levels of tires. So, you can purchase the higher-end name brands or a much cheaper low-end brand. Either product has been successful for us.
The staff is true blue-collar workers. There are no fancy salesmen, just an experienced person who knows his stuff and guides you to the best purchase you need.
Service is quick but accurate. The waits are a fair amount of time. Along with service. Hamm's has helped me with a variety of tires. From truck tires to cart/wagon tires I have always been satisfied.
The Price. Yes, I shop before I buy. Hamm's is always the best price.

Had to get tires replaced under warranty but no worries, with their fabulous warranty it was better than the damn Michelins I had them replace with no warranty!

Heck they give awesome customer service and the tires are very affordable. I got my tires here a long time ago and have been treating me well. Til I messed them up and didn't have the receipt but they had the info in there system so they replaced my tire quickly

They were polite and had decent prices, but I went in for 2 new front tires and an alignment. I was told 35 minutes, and ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour and 45 minutes before getting my car back. And when he handed the keys back to me he said they couldn't do the alignment. So I sat for 3x the estimated time and didn't even get the alignment done. Barely made it to pick my daughter up from school.

New to the DFW area and was experiencing an issue with my tire. I heard about Hamm’s online and paid them a visit. Upon their assessment, three nails were found in my tire and they were able to remove and plug my tire!
Excellent, fast, and professional service!

A real shame that my family and I have used hamm for years. The quality is just too bad. Got a used tire that had a piece of metal no one else caught and all they did was pull it out of the sidewall and give it back to me. I questioned the quality and they got argumentation with me, but I don’t think selling a used tire that doesn’t pass the “quarter” test is good business. Will not be returning here again, especially because they laughed at me for being a woman. Very disappointed in this service and experience.
