Horrible customer service I have been trying to cancel my membership for two months and no one emails me back, no one answers. My credit card company told me I need to mail a physical letter to an address that I do not have. This is ridiculous. I don’t know what to do anymore

I understand all business are severely understaffed however when a customer walks in your business to buy a membership they shouldn’t have to stand at the door/counter and be totally ignored. Literally almost 10 minutes and not one person spoke to me more approached me. Y’all can do better.

WAY OVER PRICED. Don't they know about their competition that's everywhere??? Most of their competition's membership fees are $10 to $12 per month. They are over twice that per month. If you need to use the gym at off hours try 24 Hour Fitness or some others that will still be at the competitive monthly rate.

I've been a member here for a while now and my 16 year old sister told me she wanted to get into fitness, she just started driving and decided to come check the place out, with my recommendation of course. Unfortunately I was unaware that the management apparently rehired that young man with the curly hair, I believe his name is Felix or something. Anyways, long story short, I always see the young man following women around the gym and it's so very obvious that he's bothersome. My baby sister, who is a child, called me frantic saying that Felix made her feel uncomfortable and even asked to assist her while lifting. Apparently he kept trying to touch her. I'm not sure what in the hell the management is doing letting things like this happen but if I hear he touched my baby sister, a child, inappropriately........ for goodness sake get this freak out of this family friendly gym!!!!!! He better hope I don't see him again.

Love this gym, great set of equipment from free weights to machines and happy im able to go whenever I can with it being 24/7 for members. Kind people come here and never have had a bad experience. Have even made friends here which is also a cool thing.

Im not sure if anyone runs the front desk anymore— there is never anyone at the front during working hours. The phone rings non stop without any answer because … no one is at the front.It’s honestly filthy in the gym. Doesn’t matter day or time. It will always look like a band of monkeys tore the place up. There is dust everywhere so if you have any allergies I would suggest you stay away from this location. The summer it is an oven. The winter is an ice box. Dust is year round. It’s sad to see what once was a great gym to go to turn into what looks like a personal storage unit.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say this place is disgusting. You are over paying for machines that are broken, torn up and filthy. The air is extremely thick because of the amount of dirt and dust covering everything. The AC doesn’t work adequately so there are fans on the ground blowing the dust up. Through out the summer we waited months for the only adductor machine to be fixed. The cable trees are still broken and unusable. And now the only other cables to use are snapped.This place has individual bathrooms which would be great if they were stocked and clean.. but they’re filthy. And constantly have trash or no toilet paper. The only time they are cleaned is once a week by a cleaning crew but the next day they’re filthy. I know Texas is hot and the bugs come inside but there are roaches or crickets in the stalls or on the turf. If you’re thinking about becoming a member definitely utilize the free trial to just get an idea of what you’re signing up for. I am very unhappy because even with the unsanitary workout environment I still have to go through a horrible process to cancel or pay a cancellation fee even though the gym is filthy and not managed. The water fountain is still broken and gives hot water that is murky. The list can go on but I will refrain. The positive reviews you see are nothing more than family or friends that are not members. The members that are here are dealing with this nonsense daily. If you have allergies— stay away. You will leave congested. The worst part is they have staff that don’t move from the front to clean anything. It’s just sad. Hopefully it changes soon so those of us that are here can enjoy the facility.

2/2021Since my last review they have moved to a new location and shifted to a 24 hour business model.The new location is great and they have equipment that is more than adequate to reach all your fitness goals.They have a great staff and JP is solid.#supportlocalbusinessThe portion below was my original review back in 2015.I am surprised by the two reviews that portrayed such negative experiences. This is a secondary membership for me for when my primary gym is too busy or if I am closer to Fitness Now. I truly enjoy this gym and have always had wonderful experiences with the facilities and the staff. I only wish they were open 24 hours. However, I realize that the overhead probably is not justify the membership. So I do not hold that against them.

I love this gym and would provide better than a 2 star review if only they would maintain their equipment or at least fix it after being broken, in a reasonable amount of time. For example: the filtered water machine has been broken for at least 6 months. One cable machine has been broken for about 3-4 months and the lay down tanning bed hasn't worked in probably 3 months. The bathrooms are in poor shape, should be cleaned more than once per week, some drain covers are unattached and the water in the shower only works well in one. Heck, a paper towel machine has been broken for over a year. I'm not sure what this owner is thinking but I hope he fixes some things soon. Other than that, great environment, friendly staff and good vibes. I hope the owner starts taking better care of the place and invests, or drops the prices to planet fitness prices.

This gym is absolutely amazing and I'm so thankful for the location that we don't have to cross the Interstate for a real gym. I have to brag on Libby. Today I worked out and when I walked in the gym, it was SO CLEAN it stopped me in my tracks to look at it! Not only did she clean the gym but she also organized and racked ALL the plates which is not easy. Today was the best I've ever seem my gym look. Thank you for doing your job so well, Libby!

Love the gym! Family owned and a great gym community to be a part of! Owner is great and the front desk girls are always warm and welcoming. The original point of interest was that it was close to me and 24/7, but truly happy that i made this decision as it turned out to be amazing.

Gym equipment is good and being 24 hours is convenient but it’s a hassle to cancel this membership. You have to send a CERTIFIED letter to a P.O. Box and if you accidentally forget to do certified but they still receive it they won’t contact you to correct it. You even have to wait 30 days after they receive it to cancel your service so they can get another payment out of you. How is it that I can sign up for this membership online but if I want to cancel it I have to do so in such an archaic way? Do better Fitness Now.

DO NOT GO HERE Worse gym ever and here are my reasons. 1 there is a hidden fee after 90 days it will charge you almost triple the normal amount. 2 u have to send a letter from the post office to cancel it. Worst gym I’ve ever been to.
