Good gym and equipment but the business operation is poor. Numerous times when it doesn't open on time and for those who have schedules, it's extremely inconvenient and frustrating. It's not reliable business and can detour people to other locations.

Place it's clean, even during peak hours there is always enough equipment for everybody. I love the Zumba classes. The staff it's very helpful and friendly.

Love this gym but I can’t continue what I have to pay and still not be able to workout whenever I want (5am, late nights after work) this gym has just became inconvenient for my schedule (and a lot of people I know). Switching to EOS Fitness ?

There are so many things that I don’t like.First of all, it is always crowded. I can’t have a guest with me and the cancelation policy is terrible. I hurt my back very badly exercising on one of the machines.The 2 things that I love are women's cardio room and sauna. I’m moving to a place that doesn't have a fitness connection around. I’ll have to pay a $100 fee to cancel my membership.

I like this gym because it has all the right equipment, i would like to see them get updated equipment , not saying what they have is old. But those so much newer equipment that addresses individual muscle group. Gets very crowded, but great place and perfect locker room.

Love the atmosphere and how people stay in their own lane. Overall, very nice people who have manners and take their mental gym break serious. I mean we are all trying to be better as humans and reach a personal goal. I do love the place but do not solicit insurance or some investment opportunity while I am in the middle of my set and grinding it out. Also, you need to get more 30, 40 and 50 pound barbells. Both straight and EZ/Cambered options. Thanks for the cleanliness. Your staff is very welcoming and helpful. Not pressuring you or annoying to the point where it becomes distasteful or turns you off to the point where it ruins your workout and want to find a new more accommodating gym atmosphere. Finally took the time to visit with my guest pass. Overall it’s a decent gym. My only complaint is how crowded it gets during peak hours. Will give a follow up review if I decide to join.

Visited Texas for a week and wanted to utilize the guest pass. Apparently the guest pass is only catered to Texas residents? I’ve never heard this from a gym before. Gym equipment is average and nothing special. Staff does the bare minimum.

Please change the hours back to normal (pre COVID)! I've had a membership here for years, and can't get to the gym anymore while closing early on weekends especially! I know fitness connection has the money to pay staffing from 5a until 12-1am again. This is ridiculous. I don't want to switch gyms but I will if I have to if these hours can't be more convenient for my lifestyle. Sincerely, a paying member who needs to hit the gym they pay for. Also fitness connection doesn't have an email or chat agents available 24/7 either. So I'm working with what they are giving!

Awesome gym, and a great value. They have everything you could ask for, including a sauna, group exercise, personal training, basketball, and a fully stocked retail store. Impeccably clean with friendly staff.

Fitness Connection is awesome. There are plenty of options to choose from to get a workout in. Whether that's using free weights, Olympic weights, cardio machines, and other weighted machines, or taking a fitness class. Plus, there's a kids area, sauna, turf training area, and 2 basketball courts. Personal training is available too. The gym is always getting cleaned as well. At the $10 price per month, it's a no-brainer.I have been to 3 different locations so far, and I can say all of them are well maintained.

This location was kept really clean. Even saw someone everytime I was there walking around cleaning and emptying trash.Also the staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm a larger person and I wasn't uncomfortable talking with them at all.

Huge place with lots of equipment. Nice monthly rate and hours. Only complaint I have is with the basketball court. One of the rims has been broken for weeks and they call it a premium amenity. B-ball’s are horrible - got to bring your own
