In my experience, going inside is fine, but if you’re planning on using the ATM, make sure you have exhausted every other option. Out of the 6 times I’ve tried using them, only 2 of the trips have been successful. There is also an issue with the ATM’s and they close early in the day, so doing deposits after I get off of work is difficult.

Really I had bad experience in this location .I m customer in this location since 10 years and chase customer since 17years. Today i have an appointment for open new account for kids . But they reschedule my appointment since last 2 weeks. When I was inside on time . They did not open new account that time I have all documents what we need .and they said we have another customer waiting for us so tomorrow possible at 10am and I came next day 10 am .but still thay said 12:30. appointment or reschedule. I off on my job .I request I can't take more off all ready we did 3 time off. But no one listening. And just simple say sorry ,I m sorry ???? is this service with reguler customer. .I said good by I will go with wells fargo or bank of america. I will not come back. Bad service. Really not good service hope fully you guy are not pass from this situation.

Scott Tuggle is by far the best Relationship Banker I have ever worked with. His is not only professional and knowledgeable in his work but his also very Personable. I called this morning to ask if they had any notaries available and the guy said they had three available all day long but when I got there, a lady that worked there was walking around and completely ignored me and helped the other people that were behind me and then she told us that they had no notaries available for the rest of the day and this was around 2 o’clock and the teller advised me to go to the place next door to Albertsons. Please don’t go to Chase in Watagua to get anything notarized. Waste of time!!

Called this branch when I was 3 minutes away needing a last minute notary in hopes I didn't need an appointment. I got someone on the phone and he said they had 3 available with no appointment needed. Walked in to find out their 1 notary was leaving in 10 minutes and couldn't see me. To whoever answered the phone, please don't tell someone something if you aren't positive on your answer.

They never pick up the phone.Also if you go there and you need to talk to someone the will ask you to go online and make an appointment at least a week out.Go to a different branch or bank.

Went to cash a check my moymther gave me. I don't have a bank account. But since the check was over a certain amount they would not cash it because i don't have an account here. That us the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I have a legal check that is correct and they snip their nose at me because I don't want a bank account at their freaking terrible bank.

Horrible bank , they hold everyone's money hostage refuse to cash checks ..... literally they are broke and have no money I don't know why people use this joke of an institution
