I had an issue with a Mens Ring that turned out not to be what I expected. Chance is the Manager. He handled the situation very professionally. Pawn Shops can have a bad wrap sometimes. Myself, I love them. You can find so many good deals sometimes. This is one of the better stores in all of DFW, which I have been to at least 35 - 40 different ones and branches. I appreciate the service received.

I'm really disappointed because this used to be my go-to for a loan on my jewelry. I tried again with the same jewelry I've used before, and one guy says no, that my jewelry isn't real. He didn't bother to look up any information, He told me my jewelry was fake. The sad part is, I went a couple of miles down the road to the other Cash America Pawn off of 377 and got the help I needed. Not only were the staff friendly and courteous, but I was able to get a good deal on my 14K gold jewelry.

Omg don't trust this store. I pawned my diamond several times the last time I pawned. It took 15 minutes to check if it was real. Story short they pawned and when I got it back it was bent and I didn't notice until I went to wear it that it looked strange after examining it it was bent and it looks as tho it had been tampered with. I'm sure my diamond had been switched in fact I'm almost positive thinking back to the day I pawned it. I know they will deny deny therefore I will let anyone know Do not pawn here your precious stones. I'm outraged and they are soooo rude at first nice now very rude. Bye cash America your dishonest. Please have them check your stone and gold in front of you and package and put in safe before you leave unbelievable. If only I could give a zero zero that's what they would get. Dirty scammers

This place is trash they would not even let me get my gun out since my I'd that was the same one I used when I pawned it. Still valid I'd but since I trave back and forth to work 100 miles away and sometimes work up here. So I let it go, do not pawn your guns here they just want to steal from you.

This store tries to overcharge and rip you off playing corporate games. Manager Chance stated they would offer me a discount only if I put in layaway. Either you can do the price or you can’t. They are trying to manipulate customers to give them personal points they get in their systems. While you can encourage layaway, this store goes so far as to treat customers worse by overcharging them to try to bend them for their personal benefit. Lying to me saying they couldn’t do it if not in layaway. I walked out and didn’t purchase. Scheming manager trying to twist customers arm or overcharge for own benefit holding against customers to jump through hoops of corporate games.

This location is great. Cool stuff at a great price. Tara is the manager of this location and really understands customer service. Always looking out for the consumer. It’s a busy location and sometimes the line is long but worth the wait.
