The gentleman I spoke with today was very helpful and although he did not have the phone I was looking for he made several calls around the area. Even after I left the store he called to follow up with me to let me know he located one which I thought was exceptional customer service. The location is clean as well.

I went in this store for a new phone and got one of course. The phone since day one worked not even half the time. No one could call me half the time the phone was always saying out of service. My dad is 81 years old and fell twice and couldn't contact me . He laid in the floor for 45 minutes the first time. I took the phone back to the store 3 times and called customer service 5. Over and over they did the same things to no avail. They wouldn't trade me phone or nothing. Sold me a useless piece of equipment and had no intention of making it right. I explained my dad needing a way to get ahold of me due to his age and health and that I needed a working phoneThey said so sorry just turn the phone on and off every 12 hours. Needless to say Boost is not the way to go

Deliberately set up two accounts when he was only supposed to change my phone number. Was billed for two (cost me $150) I never got back. Had to cancel service & change providers. Never was reimbursed the overcharge. Owner deliberately lied to me so he could pocket the money.

Kamish (not sure about spelling) solved our problem, finally! I spent hours over the course of a week with customer support trying to figure out why the phone SIM card would not sync to the network. Kamish was able to do an “upgrade” in the system ($27) with our existing phone and with a new SIM card. Took about 30 minutes. This all occurred due to using an eSIM card for international travel and swapping back to using the physical SIM. I would highly suggest if you travel abroad, just buy a burner phone with data and voice in that country. Also, the customer support team needs more training and they need to have reference numbers for the call. I’m surprised that all they have are internal notes about the call but no follow up emails. That’s not good. I had to call every time and get the same procedures. Check the IMEI, ICCID, updated iOS, reset network settings. At least billing department sent me a ticket number when I requested refund for the eSIM cards that provided no coverage in Costa Rica. For now I’m satisfied with the outcome. But overall, Boost won’t have me as a customer for much longer.

My Boost phone number stopped working so I went to this store due to it advertizes they do repairs. Thw guy new absolutely nothing. He verified the number was messed up and told me I would have to change the number to a new one, He set up the new number then told me I owed him $50.00. I told him I had just had the payment (which is $35.00, not $50.00) debited from my bank account so it was already paid. He hee hawed around, told me the plan I have is now $50.00 so I paid it since he said it would be credited to my acct.In short it was a scam. He set up a whole new acct under the new number & did not close the one that did not work, For 3 months now Boost has debited $35.00 and another $50.00 for a total of $85.00 for what is really one account of $35,00. He just pocketed the $50.00 to rip me off. Boost customer Service is no help, According to them I only have one (the one that doesnt work. I have changed my bank account numbers & switched to AT&T. I hope that thief & his wife enjoyed a nice dinner on my hard earned pentiion. He did it on purpose & Boost takes no responsibilty for their reps.

Sells pitch was gd nd energetic then when it came time to do ppr work it took a hr to figure out my number couldn't b transferred then another hr and half getting new service

It was absolutely wonderful. The gentleman that helped us I can't remember his name I'm so sorry. He was amazing very helpful very patient and very knowledgeable. I appreciate him so much. I wish there were more Representatives like that gentleman in the world. Thank you Boost Mobile this was a great experience

The gentleman that works here is polite and courteous also, he always alerts me about new deals that would save me money...plus they are open when other stores are closed
