Dr. Pham is outstanding and Angela OMG the best. I only have 8 more months in this State and honestly they are the only thing I'm going to miss. If you are looking for a new Dr's office Angel Star Wellness is the place.

I want to say Dr Pham and her staff are top quality. A doctor so on top of my medical issues is priceless. She is to me a caring and super nova professional. I have very hard complex medical conditions she is on top of all of them. She is smart it is my belief in her that I will keep fighting my health issues. I would like to thank the staff and Dr Pham for making me feel cared for. I highly recommend Dr Pham

I have gone to this facility about five times now. I have done back manipulation for my neck and lower back. Nothing they did seem to help. The doctor said the only option left to try was acupuncture. So I said why not, we’ll give it a try today. It was the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced. It was also my first time getting acupuncture done. As she’s putting the needles in she’s asking me if my “neck feels better”? I’m telling her it hurts to talk because the needles are causing a lot of pain. She told me we leave the needles in for 20 minutes.. An hour passes by and they finally take them out. I asked the nurse if it’s normal for it to be painful afterwards. she told me no, that yes this was supposed to be relaxing. The doctor then comes in and asks me how I’m doing. I told her I’m in a lot of pain and it’s been an hour. She said no we set an alarm. It’s only 20 minutes. How does that make sense if it’s 330? My appointment was at 2 o’clock. It took 30 minutes to get checked in. I told her no it’s been an hour and she kept fighting with me. Also, the wait time is ridiculous. My last appointment I waited over an hour and half to see her. The doctor is also very competitive, and can make you feel small at times. She also charged me an additional $65 for the acupuncture which I agreed, however, I didn’t realize after The excruciatingly painful experience she still charge me! Please be beware of this place. I’m not even sure what kind of doctors office is.

I'm sure it's a decent enough place but I can't even get an appointment. I called Monday, the girl said the managers were gone for the day? It's Monday, they don't work Monday? She said they'd call me back on Tuesday to set up an appt. Of course nobody called. What's the point of taking down all my information? I'm seeing a really bad trend of horribly run medical practices in this area.

Have been to the office 4 times now and continue to be very impressed with the Professionalism of Doctor Pham. At 70 I have visited a lot of Doctors for myself and through my business. Dr Pham is extremely thorough, involved and takes time with you. Not a chat you up tell you what you want to hear but explains and sets clear instructions. The office is pleasant and staff is attentive.

100% trustworthy. She knows her stuff. She values her integrity. And she values her patients quality of life. She won't let someone suffer and walk out of the room to get to the next patient because she is running late. So maybe sometimes people wait but so far, I have not had to do that. Maybe one patient waiting ahead of me? She works hard and she is thorough. AND She cares. She provides alternatives to just adding another pill to your life She does take a more holist approach to care and has sound alternatives besides, "here's your prescription, see you in a month or two" but if a prescription is needed, she does that too. She just doesn't want to overmedicate someone's life away and focuses more on quality of life. She is a rare find and worth a wait if it happens but I have never had to wait that long. And just to be clear, if you want a corporation dictating to your doctor how many and how fast and even how to prescribe your treatment, have at it but that won't be Dr. Pham. She does what is right. I don't know where these 1 star reviews I see come from, but I will tell you, I have actually watched her work for a full month. She teaches, and you can't teach what you don't know and if you teach all the time, you have to constantly learn. I feel she is the safest doctor I can see.

I had only been here once before I became ill And was told oh you just have a sinus infection Then when my husband became ill too I called back was told by the Dr that it must be the flu was tested it was negative it took here 8 days to figure out this was covid and my husband and I were so ill by then he spent 5 days in the hospital And I honestly thought I was dying I do not understand why they don't call you back or if they do it takes days. I don't feel I was treated like anyone cared about my health and don't recommend this Dr's office to anyone who cares about there health .

Called to make an appointment for poison ivy and was told they could get me in at 10:30 the same day, after they found out I would be a new patient they changed the date to 2 months later.

They said they would take my insurance while making my appointment but suddenly now they are sending me bills saying they haven’t taken that insurance for long. Also when I was on the phone asking for phone records she just hung up.

Doctor Trinh is very professional and very detailed in her assessment. I'm so glad I found her. My daughter and I both have her as our personal physician. She is very personable and has an excellent bed side manner. She provided muscle manipulation and it was so amazing how it helped me I left the office feeling very relaxed. My chief complaint was a pain in the right side of my neck and she found that I had tension in my neck and back that I wasn't aware that it was related to my neck pain. The had manifested to headaches. I feel very blessed to have this physician located in my own city. Her staff is also very professional and I never have to wait. Thank You Doctor Trinh and staff.
