I work here in Waskom and have used this post office regularly. Without exception, I have received great customer service and I especially like the "no wait line" almost every time. Keep up the good work, ladies and gents. We appreciate you!

The staff is very helpful and just as friendly and can answer any questions you have. They also can do passports and you don't have to wait in line in Waskom.

Post office has terrible hours and is very difficult to visit during their hours of operation without taking a day of vacation to get it done. Seriously they run 9 to 3:30 and are closed on weekends. The mail carrier has problems with going on a power trip.They made me move my mail box four times because the carrier didn't like where it was. It was too far from the road she said. So I moved it up about a foot. Then she said it was too close! So finally the fourth time I put it back in the place it was to begin with and all of a sudden the mail box placement is perfect! I'm pretty certain this was done out of spite. Either that or incompetence. The mail carrier drives off the shoulder of the road leaving tire tracks in the yard, and then sticks notices threatening to withhold my mail because "the approach to your box is not properly graded", even though it's their fault! I didn't ask you to drive off the asphalt. She drives off the road cause the mail box is to far away and should be closer, but that's where they told me to put it. But somehow is all my fault. It's things like this that make people want to privatize the postal system.
