This sad kitty was hanging around our apartments for awhile. Doc Tiller got him right in, gave him a checkup & a shot for his respiratory infection. He's safe & happy in his new home now!

I’m done with this vet. I’ve been bringing my dog, as well as a few rescues/fosters, here for the past few years. I tried bringing a foster dog and a foster cat in a couple of months ago and, despite calling and being told the vet was in, arrived to be told he was out on a farm call. I attempted to give this place another chance today for my own dog’s annual visit. I called and was told the vet was in and to come before 4pm. I arrive and am told he’s on a farm call and they don’t know when he’ll be back. Hire another vet to handle small animals, or schedule specific hours for small animals and farm animals. Don’t have people wasting their time, money and gas making multiple trips for no reason.

Worst experience I’ve had. after father in law HIGHLY suggested tiller we took our dogs. It felt like a fever dream. No one made it apparent that they enjoyed working there. It almost felt like an inconvenience coming in and PAYING for their services. Not to mention the absolutely gut reaching stories I’ve heard online since then. Also heard tillers nickname the killer.

I took my dog there on a Saturday for heartworm treatment, rabies shot and she looked a little thin. I was told to bring her back because her gut was tight. My fiancé took her for X-rays and bloodwork. I called to see when she would be ready for pickup, the guy said someone needs to come talk to the Dr. he went back at 11:45am. Dr. Williams leaves at noon sharp. He told him Belle was constipated and some back issues. We get her home and she’s breathing super funny. I called again the next day and Emily said she has a possible tumor in her abdomen. No one told us this until the phone conversation. I sent a video of her breathing and she said to bring Belle back and let Dr. Tiller look at her. Dr. Tiller saw her, looked at the x-ray and came back and said her lungs look like trash. I said like pneumonia trash? He said no, multiple lung tumors. He gave her a shot…. I’m checking out and Emily says we are going to do what we can to make her comfortable. Dr. Tiller said nothing of this. I get home look at the meds and he gave her an anti nausea shot and pills. That’s it. I got the records sent to my vets at southern hills and they called me immediately telling me to get her to the er vet. Same video I sent Tillers is the video they saw. We took her to Valor ER vet and they did new X-rays. Dr. Saunders said Tillers X-ray machine must be really outdated because he showed us his and they were clear as day. She had a grapefruit sized tumor on her liver that was pushing into her diaphragm and she couldn’t breathe. Literally 1 hour after leaving tillers and $1,000 later our dog was being put to sleep because she was suffering. Tillers literally sent me home with nausea meds and said to bring her back in a couple of days. (For another $200) I told them Belle passed and Emily wants me to call but unless she’s telling me they are refunding my money I don’t want anything more to do with them.

Staff was helpful and friendly Dr. Tiller was great. They were very accommodating for my furry family member and myself and got us into a room with very little wait time. Will always recommend Dr. Tiller!

I took my cat to Tiller to have her put down. She was 19 years old, had lost control of her bowels and struggled to walk. The last few moments of her life were spent with the vet tech shoving her little face into the counter while she meowed and I begged her to be gentle. There is no reason for anyone to treat an elderly cat who has been declawed(I did not do that, she came that way) and can barely walk that way. Not only that, but I was not allowed even a moment with her after she passed, the same tech snatched her body up and walked out as soon as they were sure she was gone. Now for the rest of my life I have to live with that as the last moments with one of my best friends and to know her last moments were spent scared and in agony. If you care about your pet at all DO NOT GO TO TILLER!! They are heartless and mean and charge way too much, $123 for euthanasia when other places in town only charge $40.

Dr Tiller & Dr Williams have always been great, knowledgeable & kind. I hate to see how his poor office staff (Emily excluded) has run another client off. It is almost as if Chrystal intentionally tries to run clients off. The other two ladies are nice but not very knowledgeable about what is going on. We have been bringing our dogs there for years & have given many recommendations to this clinic, which I retract now. We have 6 dogs we bring to this clinic & will now be moving their care else where. I refuse to give another hard earned dollar to rude & disrespectful people. Todays issues has not been the first time that Chrystal has been rude but it was the last. Guaranteed.
