So today around 3:10pm I stopped by the post office because I need to send some legal mail off. Well when I went in I noticed it was locked and dark and the woman mouthed that she was closed. Nowhere did it say the office closed early and it plainly said open til 4. I need some clarification because I ended up having to go to kountze to get my letters in the mail. So which is it do y'all close at 3pm or 4pm or do y'all just close when y'all feel like it. And if workers are the issue let it be know . I got slightly angry at that whole ordeal.

This has got to be one of the rudest post offices I have ever dealt with. This crew needs to be retrained on their customer service and delivery efficiency.Bad attitudes over the phone.Refusing to give packages to people when they clearly have a tracking number for the pick up.Didnt leave a pink slip in the mailbox but magically expect people to be able to pick up their items.SMH. This is just an overall sad story. Hopefully never have to deal with them again because ✨️ICK......
