I now have 2 kids in college, and when it was time for them to open their own accounts, I encouraged them to only bank with CSB as well. It is a great decision that has proven itself over and over again. Unfortunately, moving away from home brought the usual predicaments for my kids: losing a card, accidentally getting overdrawn, having a debit card compromised. However, all it took was a phone call to the bank here at home, where they, or myself, spoke to a real person who knew us well to fix whatever problem they had, immediately. I love my Hometown Bank!”
