Normally when we order food here it takes a bit longer than what we are told and working in the food service industry I try to be patient and kind. However tonight we were told it would be about 30 minutes. Over an hour and a half later we finally get the last piece of food the rest is cold and soggy. We tell them we don't want it we want our money back and they refuse. They are inconsiderate and completely rude.
