The folks who loaded our move in DFW were kind, but damaged a lot of of our furniture badly by loading poorly. Our Houston unloaders actually had furniture falling out of the truck on them, saw a lot of damage to our stuff, and told us to take photos. The Houston crew was very nice, but be aware the subcontractors they hire in other cities may be a disaster.

Picked up a load today, fast friendly staff got us into the dock and loaded quickly! We didn't have bol printed, so we did electronic documents!! Hope we get to come back soon :)

Originally very pleased. However moments after they unloaded our POD and left we got a charge of $650 instead of $249. And we cant get ahold of anyone who can tell us why.

I recently hired Zippy Shell to move me from my old address to my new address. These guys were excellent at what they do. They were very professional, they arrived on time, went straight to work wrapping and loading all my belongings with great care. They loaded and unloaded everything in a 4 hour window which is what we had agreed to and this was including a large pool table. When we arrived at my new address, they used the same care unloading everything. They even set up all of my furniture and placed it where I wanted it and unwrapped everything, they even hooked up my washer and dryer. I can't say enough good things about this company, and if given the opportunity, I would use them again in a heartbeat. So if your looking for a good moving company I highly recommend Zippy Shell.

My husband and I have used Zippy Shell for moving and storage and we had a great experience! They are one of the best movers we have ever used. I have referred him to multiple clients as well. Their customer service is outstanding and Brandon takes pride in what he does.
