I have been going here for 20 years! Van is the absolute best. She takes the time to get them perfect and the price is excellent. I've done plain manicure, gel polish, solar acrylic, pedicure with in grown nails, eye brow waxing, and kids pedicure. I've never had an issue

Today is Saturday, May 10th and I just walked in and out of Wendy's Nails in Waller. I went in to get a pedicure, they had no customers waiting, two customers getting nails done and a child sitting and waiting on their parent (one of the ladies getting nails done)....the nail lady in the first chair asked me what I wanted to get done and I told her, then she said to me, oh we don't have time, we all booked up. Ma'am your shop is empty and it's gone stay empty.
She gave the response and look like she didn't want to provide me with a service.
Poor customer service and I will be telling everyone I know in Waller to drive right by Wendy's Nails. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Horrible service these people are thieves they charged me for services I didn’t ask for. Their prices aren’t listed on the wall like any other nail salon or place of business so you don’t know how much the services cost just by what they tell you then when it’s all over they add up all kinds of totals (ridiculous prices) then after overcharging me for a mediocre job they charge my card twice smh! Someone please do something with this salon they need a serious makeover and workers who know what they are doing. I want a full refund plus what they took out of my account. Then have the nerve to block my number

Don’t let the outdated appearance of this place fool you upon entering because this is an extremely clean and sanitary nail salon. The service the nail techs provide is the best and they always take their time, never make you feel rushed, very thorough and my nails look amazing every single time! I have never walked out of here disappointed and would highly recommend coming here. The prices are great too!
