This place is run by scam artists who will tell you one price for an item, charge you literally hundreds more, and then charge a "stocking fee" for the original price when you return the item to get your money back. Save yourself the migraine and go somewhere that won't steal from you.

I believed i was buying a $50 guitar, even excitedly telling the cashier about it. Never once corrected. Low and behold I was charged $590.They sooo curiously took it back as a refund, but then charges me $50 for a 'restocking fee' even with the tag still on their desk and it's stand is still there from yesterday. They rudely insisted that the employee had corrected me. And that I have to wait 7-10 business for the refund so my Christmas presents this year are all ious.

Went in yesterday for a gun transfer. Staff was not very friendly. Young lady working there was short and rude with both my husband and I and two other customers that came in while we were there.One was an elderly man clearly upset over having to sell his rifle. We will be looking for another FFL dealer for future purchases.

rude lil dark haired girl, and almost $40 for a transfer, I don't think so , i had a gun sent there to transfer. a guy was in there about to get screwed by them, I told the man to meet me outside so we can talk. all of sudden this young woman is starting to raise her voice at me trying to tell me I can't do that, I can't do this, so being twice her age I told her, let me tell you something, you will not disrespect a paying customer, I told her if you don't like what I'm going to do then call the cops, it's Texas, I can indeed buy a gun in the parking lot, it's a old strip mall . my wife even told her , you speak to my husband again like that, we gonna have a big problem, y'all first time my wife ever said anything to anyone, so you know Waller Pawn is a joke!!!!

Sabrina and Eloisa always brighten up my day. They always welcome me with a pleasant greeting and smile. Additionally, Waller Pawn is a great place to shop and do business with. I find something new to buy each time I come to Waller Pawn. I highly recommend Waller Pawn.

Every time I go to this pawn shop let me tell you. The service is always good Sabrina and Eloisa always are nice asking about my day and stuff. Never make me feel uncomfortable about purchasing or pawning anything.

Sabrina at Waller Pawn always provides EXCELLENT customer service! The staff is very friendly, the store is always clean and they have the best prices! If you're looking for a good deal or need a little extra cash, they're always happy to help. I would highly recommend this pawn shop!

I don’t usually write reviews but for this place I just had to !!! Hands down the best pawn shop I ever been to, Not only do they have great prices but they also take care of you. I went in to buy a gift for my husband and I left with so much satisfaction. To start off I was greeted by Blake with such joy. He showed me some products and made sure I was in my price range. I love that he was very knowledgeable of the products and my needs. He also showed me some other products that weren’t in my mind to start off and I love them! they have so much variety of stuff and best down beats other pawn shops .Make sure to ask for BLAKE !!!

Went in here the other day to browse all the cool stuff they have. I absolutely love pawn shops and this one does not disappoint. I spoke to Sabrina when I went in, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices and good people, I will definitely be back!

I travel all over Harris county and Waller county for work and I love getting good deals at pawn shops. Waller Pawn is my favorite pawn shop to go to and I always use Eloisa as my sales person. She is very knowledgeable about everything they sell, very friendly and gives me the best prices. I highly recommend Waller Pawn and always ask for Eloisa!!
