Called 10 mins before closing to make sure they had propane. Told them I wouldn't as I was coming from Hempstead, They told me to come on, and they would wait. I called around, and places were already out or weren't filling bottles. Very nice ladies after you break the ice, As she said, she blunt and to the point. Fine by me, shoot me straight. Had a problem with one of my bottles, and they took care of me. Once again, I appreciate yall for taking the time from getting off on time and waiting and taking care of me! Weekend would've have been joyable without it!

Great customer service. They stayed open on a Sunday before a hard freeze was coming. Very thankful they were open, as everyone else was sold out or closed. I’ll be coming back for all my propane needs. Thanks again!

We love Waller County Butane. They have been there for us when we remodel our house, added an apartment to our garage and when we put in a pool. Jayson even come out in the middle of the night one winters day when I ran out of propane. That says a lot of a company who would do that for their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my propane service.

We’ve always had outstanding customer service from Waller County Butane. We’ve been a customer since we moved to Waller and they have always been responsive when we’ve called. They’ve installed a buried tank and provided several refills for us. A family owned company who genuinely care about their customers!

Waller Cty Butane Co is a great company! Twice I have run out of propane. Naturally, both times were after hours or on Holiday. They did not hesitate a minute to come to my rescue and fill our tank. No attitude for ruining their time off. Always with a smile! Actually made ME feel bad for not paying closer attention to my tank. lol . You can't beat that kind of service.
