We recently visited Stoneside Vetrinary Hospital under stressful circumstances. Our dog Bax had been vomiting and wasn't feeling good. Both vets and their staff are very compassionate and thorough. Our boy ended up needing surgery. They were able to get us in that day. They have the personal touch we needed and we will continue taking our babies to them.

We have been on quite the journey with Coco’s recovery the past few months. We have an amazing veterinarian practice that has given her the best care and love through it all and she is doing great!
Dr Gaffrey, Erin, Ashley, Rocio, and Beth at Stoneside Veterinary Hospital make Coco feel so special and loved at every visit. And with two surgeries 3 weeks apart, along with her monthly ear cleanings, nail clippings, and some ‘I’m just a worried Momma’ trips, we have certainly had many visits!
Their vet care is exceptional. Their communication with phone calls, emails and texts (yes, her vet tech texts me too!) is gold standard.
Their approach to Coco’s care is what sets them apart from any other. They are honest, informative, reasonable, and empathetic when we’ve had to make big decisions.
They have an amazing surgeon, Dr Holter, who travels to Stoneside to perform surgeries. Dr Holter performed Coco’s tail and knee surgeries and her recoveries have been super smooth…a direct reflection of his excellent surgical skills.

Dr. Gaffery and his staff went above and beyond to save a kitten we found. They communicated so well and did everything in the power to help the kitten to be well. They didnt have to text and talk with me but even on weekend after hours they chose to do that to help us. The staff squeezed me in last minute, saw me promptly, tolerated my kids, and price was very reasonable. If you have small animals this is the place to be for their care.

Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and professional. The facilities are very nice- clean and modern. I didn't feel like they were trying to charge me "luxury vet" prices like similar vet clinics would. Definitely recommend Stoneside for pet care.

Stoneside Veterinary Hospital in Waller, TX is fantastic! Dr. Tim Gaffrey, the owner and a great friend, provides outstanding care. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Gaffrey's expertise and dedication to his patients are evident in every interaction. He took the time to thoroughly examine my pet, explain everything in detail, and provide the best treatment options. The clinic is spotless, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. It was nice that they had same day appointment unlike my regular vet was not available for a week and now i know why. While its on my mind , this vet is not conservative. they go over the bill with you and what they think in their best interest whether right or wrong without your knowledge of vet care it's ultimately up to you to choose what care you want to pay for or not ,even if it's not necessary. They ultimately leave it up to you to what you want to pay for or not it's kinda tricky but if you're not knowledgeable enough i would try a more conservative vet . Since i needed vet care the same day i went with this vet i paid over 80.00 more dollars than im use to but after the they fact it was not necessary to pay for a procedure that was 80.00 more. 3 stars for being available and i would take my animals back if i need a vet right away. But take your time think about every charge they put on that paper and ask yourself if it's absolutely necessary. Total vet bill over 400 one had a ear infection one had an abscess on their foot.also i wanted to point out they take the animal away from the room to treat them they didn't show me they actually gave antibiotics shot or not, I'm very confused about that so i have no idea i have to go by their word they did it. It's not the right clinic for me.

Dr. Wolf was able to see my senior dog on short notice for some hotspots that had gotten bad. I was able to roll my yearly checkup into the same appointment. I can’t recommend Stoneside enough:
1) Dr. Wolf explained everything to me in detail and patiently answered my many questions.
2) They provided multiple options for helping with my dog’s allergies based on best practices, convenience, and price.
3) Dr. Wolf is honest. My boy had a senior panel done and one result was abnormal. Dr. Wolf let me know we could do more bloodwork, but the course of treatment would most likely be the same with or without it.
4) Everyone on the staff was very patient and gentle with Max even though he is a difficult patient when it comes to getting his nails trimmed.
5) Dr. Wolf is an Aggie (whoop)
If you live anywhere in the area, I truly believe Stoneside is the best vet to take your pets to.

Dr. Gaffrey and staff are the best we've ever visited. We have 3 pets and we have moved a few times. We have been to about 5 - 6 vets during an 8 year period. Dr. Gaffrey has the very best disposition along with a level of compassion that exceeds all others. He is always fairly priced and truly cares about pet and their people. He has the highest rating from us that one could get. I wish there was a way to give him 10 stars. Our pets adore him and we are very blessed. I want to also mention we drive an hour to go visit him.

I was already a customer of this vet office when it had a previous owner. I had a few years gap and didn't need any vet services. But in the last 2 years I needed vet services. Decided to try since new owners and to see if I felt the same. Last year I had to put down one of my dogs due to an illness that was not treatable. The new staff and Vet were so nice and loving and worked with me in costs that in a time like that means a lot. This week my other dog had some allergies so I called the office and asked if I could stop by for a shot as soon as they open. The staff that helped stared no problem come in at 8am and we will have you in and out right away. I arrived at 7:50 and after letting my dog go potty went inside approx 7:55. Welcomed and greeted by the staff by my dogs name which I thought was a nice touch and my dog got her shot ASAP and I was out the door by 8:15-8:20 Very convenient, fast and great service with care... price was fair I recommend this vet to anyone in the Hockley/Waller area..even if in cypress not to far of drive
