I lived here a while back and was thinking about it after one of my recent moves.
Worst of all someone got shot and died in one of the buildings across from mine while I was staying here. I never really felt safe there after that, but I had other problems with the location also.
This place went downhill when the new management took over. The office staff after that were very rude and unhelpful. The trash areas were insufficient, and often disgusting. The gates were frequently broken. My neighbors and general area were quite noisy; I even had people bang on my door in the middle of the night. I don't recommend considering staying here.

I recently visited Oxford at the Ranch as I was looking for college housing. The prices seem reasonable for college students and it is in a great location, a comfortable distance from the university, and it has great amenities. Ms. Veronica and Mr. Johnny were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

I wish I could give it 10 stars. I’ve lived a few places but nothing beats my experience at this apartment. The staff is out of this world amazing and kind, specifically, Johnny! He is the kindest individual I’ve meet, it’s such a pleasure living within this community with such amazing staff. They truly cultivate community, which is something difficult to find. The office staff is always available, and always willing to lend a hand. From remembering my dog and I’s names, to helping out with car issues, I truly wish I could take this staff with me to all of my living accommodations. The maintenance team is freaking awesome too! Every issue that has occurred within my apartment and the shared community spaces is addressed super fast! Always timely and polite, I truly can’t stress enough, it feels like a community, this apartment complex feels like home! Thanks so much for all of the hard work you all do. And someone please, get Johnny a raise!!!

I have lived here for 3 years moved out once my lease was over and now trying to apply back . 3 years ago the staff was great and so welcoming and even now the staff are always willing to answer any questions and handled everything in a perfect timely. We love this place it has always felt like home ! This is the perfect apartment complex for your family and pets .

With this being my first apartment I was extremely apprehensive about the application process. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful! From my initial tour to all the questions I had along the way Miss. V and Mr. Johnny were available and happy to assist. They have set the bar for all properties I encounter moving forward. I cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter lives here and it’s so nice knowing she has people like Mr. Johnny and the others in the office if she needs anything while being away for school. They are always looking out for her and my grandpup. Anytime I’ve needed anything they are quick to respond and able to help with whatever we need. Great location with stores, gas stations and fast food nearby. Close to PVAMU and easy to get to Cypress or Houston if needed.

I have lived here for 2 years and we haven’t had any issues. The office staff are always willing to answer any questions and maintenance requests are handled timely. We love that it’s a pet friendly community. Mr Johnny has the absolute best energy and makes everyone feel at home here.

Visiting the Oxford was a great experience for me and the family .
Veronica was very helpful and friendly to us . Answered so many question and was very professional .
She even helped to jump my car after it wouldn’t start .
The facilities were clean and the ground were well kept , my girls are impressed and are looking forward to staying at the Oxford .

Very informative tour and visit for our college students!! Location is great to the university. It’s a nice complex with amenities. The price point is reasonable along with utilities options. Easy access to freeway and places nearby to eat, pharmacy, and more! We ended up with a car battery issue while there and Veronica helped us with a jump. Seeing her help us made us feel great that our kids would get the same support without us. Just awesome!

I recently visited Oxford at the Ranch Apartments and was thoroughly impressed. The leasing team was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the application process seamless and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool area, modern fitness center, and well-maintained common spaces. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. Although I haven't moved in yet, the experience so far has been exceptional, and I'm confident that living here will be just as great. Highly recommend Oxford at the Ranch for anyone looking for a new home!
