Shout out to Daniel, the tech who helped me twice, and in installing a new battery for our dead minivan. They were on the ball, knew their stuff. The store was clean and well-organized.

Morado did an excellent job helping me with all of my needs. Took time and installed a difficult item to my car that i wouldn't have been able to do on my own. A difficult customer came in who seem a bit hostile and Marodo handled the situation very professionally. I'm surprised he isn't the nanager considering how well he handle the situation. 5/5 stars. Will return and I recommend this place for top notch customer service.

If you need parts that are in stock, go here, very knowledgeable. If you are a working man that works on heavy diesel trucks, go somewhere else, they don't have what you need in stock, nor will they keep their word on what they order.

Horrible customer service. I will no go to this o’reillys again. The worker was standing outside smoking when I arrived told me he would be right in. I was in there waiting, finally got fed up and walked as he was coming in. Then he said, you need something? Not from there I don’t. Drive to cypress, skip this place.

Here you find everything for your car and the staff treats you very well, everyone is very friendly, always helping you with your purchases, they take their time to explain all your questions.

Waited for 20 minutes without being helped. One worker was helping someone outside and didn’t acknowledge anyone that came or went. Didn’t even speak to them.
