I’d like to recognize Jamar for consistently providing outstanding customer service at NAPA. Every time I’ve visited the store, he’s been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure customers find exactly what they need, and he takes the time to explain product options clearly. His positive attitude and attention to detail make the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that Jamar takes pride in his work, and he represents the NAPA brand extremely well. Employees like him make all the difference.

Great staff and they do have common knowledge about automotive. I have never had much luck with the NAPA Legend Batteries and I know legends are dead... So are the Batteries after no start 1 week or two

Great services and great people. Had an issue with belt they were more than glad to help and assist would recommend to anyone great home feel about this great services. I would most definitely come back here to get more auto parts when needed.

This place is wonderful. The staff is so helpful and nice. They really helped me out and worked with me getting brake pads. A little goes a long way and I will definitely be recommending this place to any of everyone. I wish I would have gotten names but they were all nice and helpful

The bad thing is that they raised the price of electric generators when there is a shortage, when the town of Waller needs them the most, they exploited the prices and raised them to the sky.
