The owner is unresponsive after having one of his loaner car clients back into my 2019 GMC Denali. Kaylyn has not replied to me, nor his insurance company Liberty Mutual. I highly recommend anyone considering using him to avoid like the plague. Very bad business. Not a man of his word.
