Store was closed at 10pm. Employees cars were there… webpage says 11pm. My son was having an episode and needed otc meds stat.. now driving to cypress

Doors were closed at 10pm.. BUT the store is supposed to be open until 11pm. Employee was sitting in the car, and left. No one to call and complain at 10pm. I drove from Hempstead to this location because Google said it was OPEN UNTIL 11PM. Thanks for wasting my gas and time. Ridiculous.

Ok a fella named Tie helped me today he was the kind of person any company would be lucky to have as an employee. Kinda felt like a friend I had my whole life. The other people there were very welcoming as well. 5 stars for sure.
