Last night they told me 15 minutes before close that they couldn’t fill my daughter’s prescription that they hd been sent several hours before. This morning i went back to pick it up and now they “never got the prescription”. So my child is on day 4 of vomiting with no relief thanks to this pharmacy’s irresponsibility. Send your prescriptions ANYWHERE ELSE. they literally don’t care about patients suffering while they wait for their medicine. They also wont answer her doctors calls to verify that they “dont have her prescription”. This place should be shut down. At this point, i assume They are probably stealing people’s medications. THE BROOKSHIRE BROTHERS PHARMACY IN WALLER IS MUCH FASTER AND WAY MORE POLITE AND HELPFUL. YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS WILL ACTUALLY COME OUT ACCURATE IN A TIMELY MANNER

This is by far the worst service ever. There's at least 7 people working behind the counter and Noone attending the register at the pharmacy desk.

I was trying to figure out how to pay out of pocket when Demetria, a pharmacy tech, told me she found a coupon for me. My copay was nothing. She did not have to do that for me, but how nice. 5 stars, Demetria!

I have always had good service with CVS at all locations.Today I had something new happen which I never heard before but I had new phone from Verizon shipped to me via UPS but since it required a signature and I wasn't home they dropped off pkg to closest CVS to my homeWhich is great this location was only 5-8 mins away.Pick up was quick and easy. The only way I gave them a "1" is because there are not negative numbers... rude staff, hangs up, and leaves you talking to yourself ... when you pick up your prescription, it isn't either ready, or they are too lazy to check

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, The manager was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. She was projecting her frustration about the self check out being low on to the customers. It got to the point where she snatched my groceries and threaten to call the police on me because when I paid the first time, the self check out glitched and I didn't know if it took my transaction or not. So I asked for assistance and I told them that I wanted to Look into my bank mobile app to make sure that there were no transaction before I try to pay again. The manager was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and short tempered. I believe that as a manager, you should be cordial and professional. She was absolutely none of those things.

I went here to get my covid 19 vaccine and I was very pleased with the way it went I checked in and got my shot fairly quick but I had to use the bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting very dirty

So we did self scan and it screwed up. Checker checked a entire line before she would come help us. We would have been out the door if we had not used self check!

I ordered my Christmas cards to be done in an hour, 2 hours later I showed up and they hadn't been printed because they never put the card paper in the printer. So I waited for them to be done and never got an apology which I thought was kinda rude. The quality of my prints are horrible what a waste of time and money

Pharmacy has horrible rude staff! Not professional at all. Dropped off my prescription yesterday , was told it would take over one hour for it to be ready. Went to pick it up the next day only to be told they don't have the meds?!?!? Apparently the person who "helped" me yesterday couldn't tell me I have to pick it up at another pharmacy.
