Food is overpriced. Truckers can park 5 hours for free. Then they charge you $15 to stay parked. They can fit a lot of trucks but have no mercy on Truckers. They just say money signs.

Great location and wide selection of food, collectibles, snacks and necessities. Checkers food station is fairly clean and average expected price. Restrooms are clean and attendants professional. That’s the good news.The bad - 80% of the shelf items and not priced. You have to guess or just hope for the best when you get to the register. Prices are pretty high on items as well, more than normal. Taco stand unattended, and bbq food station was WAY overpriced for the quality and amount you get.If you want to make a quick restroom stop and get a decent burger, it’s worth stopping. Otherwise, keep on truckin’.

Great Place to Stop. But I don't Think Harris County should be doing Dot inspections on the Private Property... They're causing a Great Drop In Businesses for the truck stop.

(For truckers) I think they don’t care about truckers because if you fill up your diesel and they don’t have windshield squeeze and don’t have paper for cleaning windshield and if you want stay there they charge $15 per night and they have big yard ,I attached pictures too

Stopped to hit the restroom and grab some Checkers. The store was clean as were the restrooms. The 3 star review is for the Checkers employee that went to the restroom also, did not wash his hands. Thought maybe he would wash up in the Checkers. Nope, went straight to taking and filling orders. No Checkers for me from this location.
