I visited this property today and i love it and Ms.LaReba was amazing very helpful and sweet as pie even though they have no apartments available she gave me an option to get on the phone waiting list and i was kool with that.

the OWNER of theses apartments really need to fire the property manager she’s very disrespectful, always has a stanky attitude, she picks & chooses who not to like & be nosey. her & the maintenance guy will come into the apartment without ANY notice & everything is ALWAYS breaking around the complex the elevator never ever works & they barely keep up with the pool its green like algae rn.

Made appointments several times to look at these. Never returned phone calls Never answered the phone ,left messages. When I finally spoke to a person they were RUDE! She says they don't make appointments! Why is it on the website to make an appointment? I will be contacting the owners of this property

Today my wife and her friend had a terrible and horrible experience with the staff at the Leasing Office. When they arrived looking for information about renting an apartment, the staff told them rudely that they had to wait for lunch. My wife and her friend were left waiting to be served and the employees did not want to serve them, receiving poor treatment from the staff and I could say that it was an act of discrimination!!! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I was asking about availability and there is nothing available, I understand that, but I said I need to know in three months and she wasn't even able to check, she just said to come back within three months, how is that supposed to work? I just felt that they didn't want to help me, they say they speak Spanish but when they see that you don't speak English they ignore you, in short, very bad experience

Apartment complex was booked full, no apartments available to tour, but yet I was able to schedule a tour using their website. When I called I was told they have no control over scheduling tours from their OWN website. Make it make sense?. Scheduling tours online should be stopped if you don’t have anything available to show. Also workers need to watch how they speak on the phone.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Management was terrible, not friendly, nor helpful. I understand units may be full but at least still be open to advertise your property. And the lady said they don’t lease to students because students already have on campus housing which is weird because housing in campus gets full too so where else are students supposed to live? Overall I felt as if she was trying to get me out the door. Whoever is the owner, I would like a few words pertaining to the management y’all have in Waller, TX.

Horrible service!!! The manager is NEVER is the office! No one picks up the phone! I hate when I get a packages delivered and they give it to the front office (why? I don't know) but every time I go to the office I can't get it because no one is there!!! When we try to fix something in the apartment they always have an excuse to say and rarely come and fix it! Please think about it twice if you're planing on moving here.

I recently went in to get information from y’all and I was very disappointed with the interaction I had. I walked in and saw the employees in the office (not in the lobby) so I stood there with no one welcoming me. I walked over to the office, As I walked over a lady said “oh we can go in here and talk” as in stay in the lobby. Then she said “do you have an appointment” I nicely said no and asked if we needed one. She said yes and I then told her I just wanted to ask a few questions about the property and if we can tour one later on. She then told me “ no we don’t have any you can tour and we don’t have one bedrooms for you, you can try the apartments across the street”. Thankfully I did go see the apartments across the street before because they were very welcoming and we walked in without an appointment they sat us down at the desk then we toured. I thought it was very weird that your promoting a different apartment very weird business… hopefully this will change because your apartment complex is very nice, however I’ve never had an experience with an apartment employee like this and would not move here if the apartment people act like this.I was very uncomfortable.I hope this can change and be resolved with the employees.
