Don't even bother going here. Since they got bought out, the prices are jacked up and you can't even ask someone where something is because they done even speak English. And don't bother trying to send money because this lady behind the glass will just sit there and ignore you.

Most of the fruit I buy at Arlan’s is not fresh so stop buying. Quality is very important

Prices are very high. But we pay for convenience due to our regular store is in Cypress. Selection is not very big. Geared more towards the Hispanic community.

Just go to HEB. They are limited on items.

The quality has plummeted and the prices have soared. I'm guessing they got bought because it has hispanic vibes now which is fine. But I question if the beef is actually beef at times, but at any rate its some of the worst cuts ive ever seen with 0 marbling. Many other items like ketchup or TV dinners cost 2x what you would pay at HEB. I've ran into expired items on the shelves several times and many items in the freezer section have soggy or once soggy boxes. Sad that the only grocery store in Waller is declining so quickly

I understand that the younger generation needs to start somewhere but, man…95% of the employees at this location have A. The personality of a rock. B. The personality of an individual that’s never been in customer service C. Really undesirable attitudes. The only good thing from my visit today was finding Gluten Free bread. $10 dollars for eggs? I thought that was a myth…thank goodness this store is just a “let me run to the store” type place and not a place I have to frequently shop at.

It caters more to the Hispanic community. That’s ok but many labels are Spanish only, so instructions, ingredients and other info, making it undesirable for English only. Plus their meat selection is lacking such as cuts of beef as in filet or tenderloin cuts. If you need quality meats go to HEB.

Food is often expired or mishandled. Anything frozen always looks like it has sat in a hot truck and melted. Today we saw a probiotic drink that my wife always likes which needs to be stored refrigerated, but was just on the shelf warm. The milk always expires way before the expiration date. On top of all of this it's way overpriced. The only things we'll buy here are items that aren't super perishable.
