“PERFECT FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE!!! I understand that most people nowadays don't want to have kids and would much rather have dogs instead, but those of us who do have kids, want a place that is perfect for them. THIS IS THE PLACE. It has a small little playground where they can safely play and a pool where they can learn to swim. Best of all, everything feels spacious, even the parking lot, which doubles as an area where kids can learn to ride their bicycles and enjoy being kids like the good old days before smart phone addiction. The apartments feel extremely spacious, and they are very well built. They are nothing like the ones in Cypress where you can hear your neighbors breathe. Jaslyn and Jessica have done everything to keep this place looking great. They are also very professional and very well spoken. Overall, it is worth every penny.”
“I visited this property today and i love it and Ms.LaReba was amazing very helpful and sweet as pie even though they have no apartments available she gave me an option to get on the phone waiting list and i was kool with that.”

“I recently visited Oxford at the Ranch as I was looking for college housing. The prices seem reasonable for college students and it is in a great location, a comfortable distance from the university, and it has great amenities. Ms. Veronica and Mr. Johnny were very helpful and pleasant to work with.”
