My family has taken our fur babies to Oubre for as long as I can remember. My Bella Grace was a long time patient of theirs. On Tuesday, September 19th, I called them and explained what my girl was going through and they expressed that she needed to see a Vet. We carried her out to the car and I was rushing down the road to be told they had no availability to see her. I called around to other Vets to be told the same thing. My girl unfortunately passed away within the hour due to a heart attack. I took some time before writing this review so I wasn't overwhelmed with anger still, but I don't know that'll ever change. No one took the time to examine my girl, despite her being a long time patient in dire need of care. She took her last breath in my car on our way back home, where I was going to try to make her last moments comfortable. I didn't even get to do that. I feel like I failed her due to being unable to get her assistance. The 3 stars I provided were simply due to them giving our babies great care while they were patients there, however, I will not return because of their negligence in Bella's time of need.

Vet seemed knowledgeable regarding my ferrets and everyone that I interacted with were pleasant.The prices are fair too.

Couldn’t be more thankful for Dr.Powell. The most knowledgeable, friendly, and patient place I have ever been. They make you and your pet feel like family. Thank you Oubre animal clinic. Y’all are the best! Would give 100 stars if I could.

Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes (I had 1 hour to get this done). They finally told me the person in front of me was late and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Wow. What an inconsiderate way to conduct business.
