“All in all, we had a good experience with Twin City and the work was very good. We had to have an entire door replaced on a car, and they did a great job. The return time was about a week longer than we were initially told. We did have some trouble with the other parties insurance, resulting in Twin City Collision withholding our car from us (which we in part understood because they had not been paid, but was also a little frustrating because this was supposed to happen directly from the Insurer and we were told we didnt have to do anything else by both parties), but this time was not included in the additional week. We were told 1 1/2 - 2 weeks, and got the phone call that they were finished at about week 3. And then did not actually receive our car for a few days after that until we could get a hold of the other parties insurance. But, we realize this wasn't Twin Cities Fault, and they did very good work. We do wish they would have initially been a little more helpful in guiding us to the right place with the insurance, which is why I am rating 4/5 stars. Still worth giving them a try.”

Plus the last time I went they had my truck and wanted to make sure the problem was fix cause they saw I was feed up with my truck. Those guys are understanding and want to make sure you are great before you drive off.”

“I came in for a front end alignment on my Cadillac and found out I need 2 tires. Also they were upfront and honest about them not being able to do my alignment due to their system. Most would've ripped me off and sent me on. Thanks to Trinity for helping me and being honest along with the mechanics. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

ROBIN CAME TO STANLEY'S MY FRIENDS SID BECAUSE HE SEE'S A HUMAN IN NEED HE USES HIS JACK TO PULL MY CAR TO A PARKING SPOT THEE FIRST ONE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BUILDING ON THE ASPHALT AND GRAVEL I CALLED CORYLUS HE SAID YES MY CAR COULD STAY HE' D TELL HIS MANAGER BECAUSE TOW TRUCKS COME THROUGH NEXT DAY CAR HIT FROM THE BACK MY HOOD DID NOT LATCH THE DOMINO'S PIZZA MANAGER ALLEGEDLY HIT MY CAR HIS PAINT ON THE BACK HOOKED IT UP TO SOMETHING PULLED THE CAR ON THE GRAVEL MY WHOLE FRONT END WAS ON THE GRAVEL WENT UNDER MY HOOD PULLED WIRES OUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS ATTACHED TO FUEL LINE RADIATOR OF ITS BOLTS IT BUSTED PARTS NOW THE RADIATOR LEAKS THESE MEN AT M&M WASN'T HAVING THIS DONE TO A HUMAN CLEARLY BY THE CAR THEY COULD SEE MY SITUATION THEY MADE SURE WE WERE ABLE TO RIDE TODAY HELPED ASSIST WITH THE POLICE REPORT TO THE HOMELESS MAN WHO CAME TO THE SHOP AND TOLD IT WAS THE DOMINOS MANAGER ALLEGEDLY THANKS MY HERO HE WAS OUT OF CAMERAS VIEW THE OFFICERS SERVED AND PROTECTED THE SUPERVISOR OF TAPD THANKS FOR THE RIDE HOME I SAW MY CAR BROKE DOWN CRYING BUT WHEN GOD MOVED THE DEVIL CAN'T WIN MR. ROBIN MR. DOUG MR. EARL WHAT A LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN NOTHING CAN EVER SHOW MY GRATITUDE ALL THEY SAID WAS PASS IT FORWARD THANK GOD FOR M&M TIRE SHOP ON STATELINE AND EAST NINTH STREET OH AND THEIR WAITING ON THE RADIATOR I'M SPEECHLESS THE LOVE WAS NEEDED GOD IS OVER THIS PLACE GOD BLESS YOU ALL I'LL NEVER FORGET THIS YOU ALL LITERALLY SAVED MY FAMILY REAL LIFE SUPER HEROS”

“Took care of my daddy's van and now that it's mine he's the mechanic of choice. It's obvious this garage does tip-top work because of the carsin his lot waiting to be serviced.
