Zales in Waco has the best customer service, Jessica & Adam were absolutely wonderful getting the diamond replaced in my wedding ring. They were informative, pleasant, professional, and always more than willing to answer any questions I had. They matched the diamond perfectly and my wedding ring looks as though it is the original ring I married with 15 years ago. I cannot say enough great things about them!

Adam and the 2 beautiful ladies at this Zales location were the nicest, most friendly and most of all, shockingly knowledgeable. The ring I wanted I thought could never be found. Adam found it in about 2 minutes online and gave me options regarding metals and different variations. They are the best!
