Stopped in today to look for an engagement ring. Priscilla was awesome!! She showed us so many beautiful options and helped me figure out what I actually wanted. We wanted to check some other places prices first but told her that we would possibly be back. She kept those rings with her until we came back for it. She just knew that it was my ring. I will be shopping with Priscilla for all of my jewelry from now on.

John: My wife and I have our 10 year anniversary coming up soon and I have been looking online for the perfect ring. We we're driving by Zales and my wife saw the sale sign. Went in, and there it was: the perfect ring. Celeste was there to help and she was amazing. Celeste is patient, kind, and extremely helpful. She made the purchasing of the ring painless. I used Zales 10 years ago for the engagement ring and was met with the same quality of service. Will never shop anywhere else. Thank you so much, Celeste, for a wonderful experience.

I was amazed with the friendliness, professionalism and exceptional customer service I received from Kevin and Tammy on my purchases. The 2 pair of earings and diamond ring were beautiful and the price was very affordable. Thank you Kevin for all your work and Tammy for filling in on his off day! Great job!

Great customer service!!! I visited the store on a Friday looking at wedding bands. Gaybeth quoted a sale price and advised the sale goes off Sunday, only thing it wouldn’t be in back by the time of my wedding. I live out of town, so I called Sunday to purchase over the phone. I was told by Rosemary the ring was never on sale. Gaybeth was the employee who assisted so I asked to speak to her. She remembered me and couldn’t understand why the ring was not reflecting the sale price. In the end they honored the sale price originally quoted to me, and while I was expecting a 12 week return of the ring, it was delivered in 2 weeks. I appreciate this kind of customer service!

Customer service was great! We told Kevin the style we were looking for and the first ring he picked turned out to be it. Really knew his stuff! Zales team got the ring fitted and returned in less than a week. Will definitely be back because or this experience.

My boyfriend bought me a ring from here about 2 1/2 years ago. Thank goodness the nice lady that rang us up talked us in to buying insurance/diamond bond for the ring. A few months ago the biggest diamond on the ring fell out. I took it in for repair and it was 100% covered because of the diamond bond. I got my ring back about 2 months later and it looked brand new. I had my ring back for about 2 weeks and the same exact diamond fell out!! I was so upset. I thought there is no way they will replace this diamond again. I also thought how uncomfortable it was going to be to walk in that store and explain that the same diamond fell out. It wasn’t at all though. The staff there was so nice about it and so apologetic. They made me feel like they genuinely cared how upset I was about the matter (not mad but sad). Without question they sent my ring off for repair. I just got it back and I could not be happier. It looks just as beautiful as the day my boyfriend bought it for me. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Zales Outlet in Waco for taking such great care of me. Your customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend purchasing the diamond bond. It’s definitely worth it.

Went in this evening and was in there 5 min and no other customers and girl was to busy flirting with fedex man to even greet me. Made two trips around the store then walked out due to her not even acknowledging me. Went in to pay cash for a ring. Worst service ever.

I Will never shop here again, they are greedy!! I was charged extra for something I did not ask for! Rose and Kevin who are managers, helped me out with my purchase. when I looked at my receipt I noticed I was charged almost $300 for a protection plan I did not ask for. Please look at your receipt before leaving. I told them I was gonna reach out to their district manager and customer service being that they charged me for something I didn’t ask for and did not want to give me a refund . They immediately went into their system to note that I wanted to seek legal action, which is a lie. Being that they put that in the system when I called Zales customer service, “Shea” told me being that they noted that in their notes. Customer service was not able to direct me to the district manager and they could not help me at all.

They know their products very well, and can point you to whatever you are looking for, in all great service, great people. Definitely coming back.
