I have an issue with the way inside customers are treated. I see people help drive-thru get assistance always but inside you don't even rate a response for more tellers. If it's more than just a couple of people waiting prepare to test your limits of aggression, watch a complete lack of service, and see a drive thru empty but nobody is coming to help. Also the ATM is broken on a regular basis for deposits and then you have to go inside ???

WORST BANK EVER. Wells Fargo had changed a legal agreement back in 2018 regarding a loan WITHOUT my consent. I was never contacted in regards to this update they did. I had called headquarters and reported the issue on a recorded line. I had written proof, emails, calls, etc to back me up. The Wells Fargo headquarters just said they, "didn't recall the update and expected me to honor their recent change in agreement." They said nothing about illegally "updating" terms to an agreement. The balance is nearly paid but if it weren't, I can't image the amount of shady business practices that go on at Wells Fargo as a whole company. I know now why they are always in the news.

We had an appointment with Arthur at this branch on January 7th, 2022 at 4:30 PM that I scheduled online.Around 11 am I received a call from Arthur stating that the appointment time would need to be moved up for us to complete the process since the bank closes at 5:00 (then why offer appointments at 4:30???).Anyways, my husband and I arrive early for our appointment and we get started with Arthur. Halfway through the account set up and merge, Arthur notices a customer walk in, and left our appointment to great her, which I found odd, since we were in an appointment already and not at a natural stopping point.Arthur returned and asked us to move to another banker to accommodate someone who was late/unexpected (I am assuming because they were wealthy). The entire experience was very frustrating and unsettling, and made us feel as though we were not as important as this other customer.Throughout our time with Arthur we attempted to make small talk (reasons for opening new account, relevant stories, ya know - normal stuff), which he ignored, and kept saying "sign the pin pad" - he had 0 people skills or ability to hold an informal conversation - not a good look for a "Relationship Banker"I have been frustrated with Wells Fargo for a while, and the customer service received at this branch may have been the last straw for my husband and I.

Does not have a drive up ATM, very inconvenient for those of us with small children. And no I don't need to see a teller just to get 20 dollars???

we have always been treated well here & if you need to deposit cash or checks & they are closed you don't have to worry their ATM allows you to do so.

I have been a proud customer of Wells Fargo for a very long time. So disappointing today when the processes that are in place prevent you from getting any service. I needed to request a new credit card so I did so through the app. The app tells me that it cannot process that request and to call. I call through the app, and I get a notice that I can’t make the call through the app. I go to my local branch, they tell me that they can not help with this and to use the app. I looked up the main 800 number online and call the main number only to be put on hold forever. When I finally get to speak with somebody they transfer me to someone else. Then that person transfers me to someone else. All I need to do is get a replacement credit card since mine is expired.

I opened an account online and even made my first deposit online...all from the comfort of my own home. Very convenient and easy. I get notifications for account updates and feel as if they are on top of their game. Thanks!

I wouldn't award any stars. Negative points would be generous. The star is for my misguided loyalty to a company that has played chaos with my business, opened or transferred accounts that I went in the door to close. Even now when I'm done with dealing with them, I still have to put up with the worst customer service and run around. The unresponsive website and App are driving me bonkers. Tomorrow, I walk in to do what I should have done many months ago! Throw that albatross off my back!
