It's just honestly funny theyre trying to sell their Halloween candy thats not specifically marked for Halloween for full price November 4th. I waited to be shown i would still pay 7$, not $1.40. And, the cashier was rude about it. :') Which just tells me how much she likes that job.

TERRIBLE!!! THIS PLACE HAS BEEN AWFUL SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS IRRITATED WITH A PLACE AS I HAVE WITH THIS ONE! I did a curbside order back in the winter. I decided to go inside. I had an email an hour prior stating it was ready. I asked the front counter and they said they didn't have it and to ask the pharmacy in the back. I stood in line for 40 minutes!!! They then said it wasn't ready and to wait up front and they would bring it up shortly. I waited 15 minutes. They said they didn't have it yet. I went back to the back at pharmacy and they said they sent it up front. When I got back up front yet again...it was finally ready. All for over the counter meds that I wanted to grab quickly for my sick kids. Overall, about an hour and a half to get cough medicine and a few other items. THEN...my 6 month old was having an allergic reaction yesterday and so I run in to get what the nurse line with our doctors office told me to get quickly and give to him. The box didnt come with a syringe. I got to pharmacy and there is a long line. I go over to consultation quick to ask for a syringe. The lady was rude and cut me off. I even tried explaining it was a somewhat emergency situation for my 6 month old. She proceeded to tell me I would need to wait as others are in front of me. She finally asked me in a frustrated manner what I needed and then proceeded to tell me that they were completely out of syringes. She showed no compassion whatsoever! I honestly think she was lying...WHAT KIND OF PHARMACY IS OUT OF SYRINGES! NEVER GOING BACK! I SHOULD HAVE JUST WENT FURTHER TO H-E-B BUT IT WAS IMPORTANT TO GET SOMEWHERE CLOSE BY! THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!

I just drove the drive through. Only bad experience was the driver in front of me was texting or something, sat on that spot 5 mins. Finally they went, all was well.

Never answer phone calls.
Doctor sent a prescription the was on hold. Checked the app about 4 hours later and it disappeared. Tried calling the pharmacy 2 times. Each time I was on hold for over an hour and finally hung up.
Earlier this week my doctor tried to call in a prescription and left a call back number. Walgreens never called back.
Don't expect anything to happen if not doing it in person, which is sad if you are really sick and don't feel like getting out.

Called in December and was told by the pharmacist pay your 1100 or you can’t get your medication I called prior to my insurance ending and was treated so rudely I also called in today to see if I can be assisted spoke to CHRIS and she was very nasty and rude I asked who was the pharmacist at the time my medication was put in or for the month she stated there is a new pharmacist on duty everyday and will not give me that information I asked for corporate number and she told me the number and hung up before I could say anything else remind you I’m a type 2 diabetic and with out insulin I CAN DIE!!!! It was no care in the world by the staff or pharmacist on how I can resolve this !!!! I have been in and out of the hospital for a month due to me passing out because of this!!! Something needs to be done or training need to be evaluated the attitude I received from Chris was so DISRESPECTFUL!!!! She told me I don’t have to give you my last name like where is the care for patients and their health!!!!!

Did curbside for some flu medication and after waiting for so long I called the store& I was hung up on . When I went inside for the order the old lady at the register asked me why I went to the store if I was sick??? Is this not a pharmacy??
Majeya if your job is this miserable then quit, I don’t know why you’re taking out your anger on innocent customers when you applied for the job. If yall are too understaffed to do curbside orders then kindly let customers know inside of being unnecessarily rude to people just trying to get medicine.

I use Walgreens pharmacy when I need medicine for acute care. I also buy other over the counter items. I also am signed up for rewards. FYI, they have a great candy supply.

pharmacist not on duty???? so they can’t give me my medication because they closed. no disclaimer about it anywhere, just a shut down pharmacy. isn’t this a danger to public health? walgreens never fails to let me down. i’ll just be adding this experience to the list of times walgreens has sucked in general (it is a very long list) btw, the pharmacy officially closed at 9pm at this location. it was 6:30pm when i went to go pick up my prescription

I called ahead to make sure I could get my pain medication before close, and the pharmacist told me as long as I’m in the store by 9pm, I could get it. I walked in at 8:59 after speeding horribly through town from the hospital, and the pharmacist literally walked out on me. Im fresh out of surgery. I know he didn’t care and closed on me anyways. My night is going to be a very painful one.

My grampa hasn’t received his medicine in over 6 days has called in refill request several times. People just pulled our leg till we asked to talk to a manager. Lady was very rude. We have email from doctor saying no refill request was sent. Gotta do better this is why no one uses Walgreens pharmacy anymore. Ask for refill request 2x now. Will be switching pharmacy’s
