The customer service from Waco Wifi is outstanding! I was having trouble with screen freezes and cutouts with Zoom, Teams, GotoWebinar, etc. Charlie worked remotely and helped troubleshoot the eventual solution. Matt was also helpful, and Andrew worked on site to get this all working properly. All three of these individuals were patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you, Waco Wifi!

Waco WIFI has provided everything I need to have fast internet for streaming and security cameras in my remote location. The service men are professional, knowledgeable and always on time!

I have had Waco Wifi for about a year and a half and we have only had one outage during that time and it was not a Waco Wifi issue. I use it at my home and my church also uses it and we have had nothing but good things to say about Chris, William and Charlie. We livestream every Sunday at the church without issue.
