I ordered another pair of Siesta Mules which are great for plantar fascitid. I have bought Spenco products for a couple of decades! Never have I encountered a pair of shoes with the thick woven tag string sewn into the stitching of the inside lining, and in the worst place, the arch?? It took time, and great care not to cut or damage the stitching, holding the inside of the shoe together! Previously the tags were attached with a small safety pin. Easy to remove. I called customer service to report, but she didn't seem interested in feedback. I won't purchase anymore if this issue isn't remedied. Long time customer.

I ordered a pair of 7 1/2 (my normal size) and they ran small, I returned them and ordered a size 8 and they were too big. How can it be so difficult to get the sizing correct? Beware buyers!

Customer service has been horrible. I bought these as a gift. I paid for express shipping (I’ll take the loss on that) but I requested a refund as the shoes would be too uncomfortable for my mother who already has swollen feet. I got told return shipping is 40$… the sandals were 96 so I’d be losing money on my return. I asked for shipping to be paid through email twice. The rep ignored my email for three days. Then sent me a new order tracking and still didn’t answer my question for the return to be covered all she said was “we didn’t get your return yet”. This is so frustrating and I wish I never made this order all I have is 130$ loss and a headache at this point. Don’t order from this company unless you plan on keeping them and there’s zero issue or else your in for a massive headache and no help from customer service.

Every member of my family own several pair of Revitalign shoes. Everyone loves the support and comfort. So happy to find shoes that are beautiful and have orthotic insoles. I have worn Waco Shoe Company shoes, sandals and slippers for years. As a runner, I love the comfort and support Revitalign and Spenco shoes provide. I currently have several pairs of Yumi sandals and slippers because I love the style and color selections. It is easy to navigate their website and l appreciate that my favorites are there year after year but a few new styles always catch my eye.

I purchased a pair. Very good looking shoe I tryed Them onThey Seem ok Tried them on the next day They just didn't feel rightCalled the company Told them I would like to return them I was told to send a back at my cost.$27 to send them back.My advice is not to purchase these unless you know for sure if they're going to fit. Definitely not good customer service

Waco shoe company Products aren’t just comfortable and fashionable. They have superb arch support and my testimonial is that they actually cured my planter fasciitis by wearing them indoors, instead of going barefoot.

My daughter introduced me to Waco Shoes a few years ago and I have loved each pair that I have bought. When I went to the Good Feet store they even complimented my shoes I was wearing which from Waco Shoes. They said the arches are as good as the ones they were selling me for my tennis shoes. I have over 10 pairs of shoes, slippers and flip flops from Waco Shoe Company. The shoes hold up very well, many I have had for 7+ years. They have on-trend designs, which is why I buy several pair per year. The orthotic footbed is so good for my feet, I don't want to buy anything else that will fail to compare in comfort. The customer service is excellent if you ever have questions or concerns they are ready to help.

I purchased a pair of the Yumi sandals as a friend of mine had told me they would help my plantars fasciitis. They were a miracle worker and my feet feel amazingly better - no more pain! I love them so much, I am getting another pair!

Heather was incredible! She treated us like royalty and truly was a God send. We had driven down from DFW on our way to a cruise. We weren’t sure what to expect, but Heather went above and beyond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WACO SHOE COMPANY. I ordered boots in a 10.5 the size I usually wear. My foot was swimming in them, so I called customer service, I have NEVER been treated so rude. I asked if I could send these back and reorder a smaller size. The women said you need to pay to send them back, I told her that would be 21.00 she said, ‘to bad that’s the way it is,’ I said then I said if I had to pay that postage then I couldn’t buy a new pair, she ‘oh well, that’s the way things go’. Wow, I buy most things on line and never encountered this.

Don’t order from here if you ever need to exchange or return. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of someone to answer questions or get a return. The customer service line just rings and rings, no one responds to email, and if it’s after hours, the mailbox is full to leave a message. Spenco is pretty reputable, so I am not sure why they would want to be affiliated with this company. I have been going around and around trying to figure out how to return these terribly sized flip flop that I should figure at this point they will serve better as a door stop. To make matters worse, it’s now past the return window. AWFUL!
