When I bought my first pair of shoes with them it was an enjoyable experience. Today I went back to get some new shoes, unfortunately they did not have the shoe I wanted. I told the employee that was helping me that I did not really want to order online I wanted the shoes today, but due the shoe I wanted being out of stock I was left with no other option. I assume the they took my response as that I was just going to leave to go somewhere else. I waited to see if they were going to ask about ordering them for me, but they did not. They went to go assist another person so after witnessing that I just left and order them from the actual retailer.

Micheal is a jerk. If I want to try on a shoe it shouldn't matter the purpose of the shoe if it's something that I'm wanting to try on. If he wanted to make a sell he should let me do it, which is why he lost the sale today and for forever.

Nice selection of shoes and they have many colors that aren't displayed which was cool. I wanted to try on a shoe that I thought was cute but then was told that the shoe I picked was for hiking and the employee asked me if I was going hiking to which I said no. It shouldn't matter what activity I'm doing because if I want the shoe I should be able to purchase it. I appreciate her telling me the purpose of the shoe but regardless she could've said that I could try it on if I wanted to.

Aaljah spent almost on hour with me to find a proper fitting and “still cute” shoe. As a nurse who walks 12-16k steps a day, I appreciated his expertise and knowledge regarding each style and brand. I asked a lot of questions. Especially since I have very narrow yet size 11 ladies feet with arches that collapse! I will continue recommending Waco Running Co.

Amazing. I just got a job in a warehouse and that work was killing my feet. I went here because a few people recommended it, and the guy there asked some questions and had me walk around a bit and he brought out some shoes. The pair I ultimately purchased feel great and support me enough to alleviate the foot pain quite a bit. Amazing service, love it!

This is our go-to shoe store. As the runner, I'm always trying to convince my wife to try out MY type of shoe to make her faster and she — WISELY — ignores that advice and goes to WRC for a proper shoe fitting and suggestions for HER running style.The entire staff is great and we've never been disappointed with their recommendations. After you've been kindly acknowledged and greeted, your gait will be analyzed and you'll be offered no less than three different options. They'll encourage you to walk around the store or even take the shoes for a brief trial run. You'll be reminded at checkout about their painless return policy should you get home and find they don't work for you.They also regularly run clearance deals on previous models, so if you're anything like me and find the perfect shoe, stock up a couple extra pair when they close them out.

My wife has bad problems with her feet. Her foot doctor refered them to her for shoes. They are very helpful and patient. And they gave a discount for the referal. We will definitely go back.

Judy just spent a lot of time with me. I am new to running so she taught me about proper form and spent a lot of time helping me figure out which shoe was best for me! She was genuinely invested in me getting the right shoes and learning how to run correctly. Definitely will be back!
