I have been a customer of Waco jewelers for years, since I moved to Waco in 2010. I don't know if they changed owners. Despite the rude older women that has been there. The atmosphere has always been professional and friendly. I was there a couple of days ago for a repair on a ring. They looked at it, and took the ring to the back of the store. Then asked where I purchased the ring. They stated I can fixed it myself. I guess it wasn't the grade of diamonds worth touching. Never returning again.

Really pleasant personnel and they performed the requested work in a timely and efficient manner. Nice small store with a nice selection of jewelery. They fixed my watch band with no charge because I am a Veteran. Try to patronize stores that have that recognition.

Went in to sale scrap gold of course the lady gives me a tray to put it on and she immediately started separating it in assumption what's real and what's fake, so I said wow you can tell without using the gold detector? She said yes I can, so when she gave me what she assumed was fake I gave her 2 pieces back and said those look pretty real to me so she took them to the back and told me to wait by the door for my money, just wanted folks to know they don't check it well!! I went down the road and sold four more pieces she thought was fake!She wore glasses and had both sides of her nose pierced incase yall go!

If you do business with this place don't deal with aliyah she's very nice until they get your money then she becomes very rude... I guess I'll take my other 7 grand somewhere else lol..smhMichael is cool if aliyah allows you to talk to him or conveys a message to him... I wonder if he knows she just let money walk out the door because of her attitude...You might want to spend your money somewhere else where they treat you the same after you spend your money with them... I believe her name is aliyah she's a spanish girl that wears glasses she won't be hard to spot.
