Waco Carpet Company did a beautiful job on our new carpet in the master bedroom of our 100+ year old house. They did what they said on the timeline we agreed to. I'd come back again for any carpet and recommend to everyone.

Waco Carpet Company from start to finish was a great choice. They were accommodating and FAST. From my inquiry until the complete install was less than a week. Callan is a gem and her customer service is wonderful. We would absolutely work with Waco Carpet Company again.

**UPDATE: Bill, the owner, cancelled my entire order without my permission. I had another product (carpet) also on that order that was suppose to arrive this coming week. He cancelled the order without my permission (he said because of my bad review) and now my project will be even more behind due to not having the product I ordered. This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing.** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to DesignCo or another local store in Waco if you want to "shop small". I have worked with 2 subpar sales reps - including one (named Ronny) who called me "cranky" over the phone. The employees choose to communicate over email however do not actually respond to emails in a timely manner (or at all) and I can never get them on the phone to talk. They also do not call back if I leave a message with the receptionist. I tried to order flooring product after spending time with a sales rep in store but the sales rep never got back to me via email or phone. I was then handed off to the owner, Bill, and I am also less than impressed with his customer service and how he operates his business. He never replied back to my email after he sent me an updated quote and did not return my calls/messages to the store. I was finally able to order some product over the phone with a third sales rep/employee (on August 7th) - however was never told it would be on back order (Today is Aug 25th and after two days of trying to reach the people at Waco Carpet Co on the status of my order, I finally reached Bill over the phone who told me its on back order until mid September. No one ever called me to give me a status update or to tell me that it was on back order to begin with. In previous conversations with one of the sales reps (Emmanuel), I was told it would take just 2 weeks to arrive in store. This is super disappointing as obviously I have a project that is on a timeline. Today, I asked Bill if there was anyway to expedite the process or rush the shipping and he offered to refund me the entire order however, at this point as late in the game as it is, I am not sure that is the best option as I need the flooring ASAP. I told Bill, had I known that it was on back order originally, I would have never ordered it through his company. I will never use or recommend this company ever again. I would give 0 stars if possible as this is not the first bad experience I have had with this company.

We replace the carpet in our entire house: It’s our first time doing that. TK at Waco Carpet helped us pick the perfect Carpet for our house.She was so helpful, professional and patient. She gave us plenty of choices and recommendations. I love the carpet in our house now and she was the one that helped pick that out. I would highly recommend Waco Carpet and I would highly recommend using TK to help you.

Johnny & I have been in our new house for about 5 weeks now and wanted to take a moment to give a HUGE THANK YOU and shout out to T.K. and Pam at Waco Carpet Co. Flooring & Interiors for all their help with lighting, flooring, and tile selections as my husband and I journeyed through building a new home. T.K. & Pam were always amazing whenever we had questions, when needing advice, and most of all their help with décor and etiquette when some of our ideas were shared …their honesty was so appreciated. My home is beautiful, and these two ladies not only are champions in my book for their company image, but I made two new friends along the way. Thank You…Johnny & Terri

We worked with TK at Waco Carpet. TK saw what we wanted and had great suggestions for our master bath remodel. The end result was excellent. Working with Waco Carpet was great.

Our sales rep was Emmanuel Chairez, our initial visit was pleasant . There was a big difference on the invoice I received, than what we were initially quoated. I have made several attempts to call Mr.Chairez for some clarity on this issue so we could move forward with installation , with no return phone call as of yet, he did however send a message via txt. Wanting to know the problem, Very unprofessional in my opinion ,and with that being said , We will take our business elsewhere. DANA & TOM ELLER

Waco Carpet has been outstanding to work with. We are located out of town and they accommodated the measure and installation of new carpet flawlessly. Their installers took care and consideration in the install. They removed the old carpet and hauled it away. When the job was complete they called to rebate us for a clerical error on their end. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!
