“This place is absolutely amazing. They did a neuter on my dog Nacho on December 5th 2023, well I got worried about my dog because his stuff wasn't looking or feeling normal. So, I emailed them this morning and sent a picture along with it. They had me bring him in for a check-up today. First time for me to have a dog neutered, but everything is OK. He just has to wear his satellite dish, aka the cone, for another 7 days! He is a very hyper dog at home, so his stuff is taking longer to calm down from the neuter..lol Definitely recommend them! Amazing staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank yall again for calming my dog mom nerves!!!”

She was honest and straightforward about not being able to diagnose our Australian shepherd. She was amazing! The front staff and the veterinary technician were kind and friendly. “Always have a good experience when I take my dogs for vet care there. But today was not as usual, they were very slow in dealing with the reason for the visit, I was there 1hr 45 minutes. Never have I spent that long for an appointment.Very frustrating and a little agitated. When I arrived they were not busy so I really can't explain the issue they were having.I go back in a week for some follow-up, if this happens again I will not be as understanding as today!!”

“We made an appt for our newly adopted 2yr old rescue puppy with Lake Air Animal Hospital. Our son had referred us to them. The plan for a meet and greet was altered by her increasing cough, vomiting and disinterest in food. Dr. Frey was very warm and gentle with the nervous patient. She had been a stray for an unknown period and is very timid.Her exam and conversation with us was reassuring and informational. We will use LAAH for Molly, hopefully only routine ck ups and immunizations will bring us there!”

“I had a really great experience here this week. My previous vet had resorted to using sedation for all visits w my cat. I didn't like this. The veterinarian Dr Zamzow. I am pretty sure that was his name was very patient and understanding. The prices for vaccinations and the basic exams was very reasonable. They were patient and I can tell experienced in handling my cat. He even called my cat "spirited" which was kind to my cat. She definitely is spirited. I used to not look forward to vet visits w my cat and dog. However I am somewhat looking forward to my dog visiting in June. I love the fact that cats and dogs have their own space to wait to be seen. Excellent and I would give five stars except it is visit one but they deserve it. They are on 84 by Woodway I am very happy so far.”

Fortunately, La Vega worked me in with no excessive cost. Further, they gave me antibiotics and pain medication. Also, everyone was concerned, friendly and helpful. I can't thank you enough for your help.”
