I would be very careful of the scam they pull here. We have a bucket van that was built by these guys, which had a draw on the battery that became progressively worse over time, eventually causing complete failure. Come to find out from Versalift NE that the wiring installation was done incorrectly by Versalift SW (these clowns). Now we are stuck with a $3k bill and our truck down for 7 months (yes, since Oct. ‘23, it’s now June ‘24) while we’re still forced to make payments and Versalift says it’s out of warranty. Won’t give the truck back until we pay, but never mentioned it was going to cost anything once in any correspondence, even admitting it was installed wrong by them. On top of that, they performed maintenance from Ford that we were charged for as well. We never authorized any service or additional items, nor were we ever asked for approval. It seems to be an incompetence issue with their installers, quality control, and probably every other aspect of their shop. Be very cautious of these scammers, they install it like morons, then claim it’s a warranty issue when you eventually have problems. If they lose 1/2 the money we have to pay from this review, it’ll be worth it. Seriously contemplating legal action against these butchers for the downtime and losses for my company.

We purchased and had installed the attic lift. We couldn’t be more impressed and pleased! Would recommend it to everyone!!

I'm unsure about all of their staff, but their aerial inspectors and mechanics are exceptionally arrogant and unprofessional while being wholly incompetent.

Worst place to deliver it look if you are driving 53 foot trailer so I’m safe they don’t have a dock I unloaded myself use my straps

Staff was friendly and helpful, I unfortunately arrived at lunch time so I had to twittle my thumbs for a hour waiting for them to finish lunch. After lunch break loading process was simple Chris brought me the vehicle we loaded chained down and headed to delivery location. I would haul out of this location again.
