If i could give zero stars or negative stars i would. The so called clown manager is a fraud, liar, coward! He hides when it comes to the area manager herself telling him how to assist for his stores faults. I showed receipts of my payments and he wanted me to pay a third time. Wouldn’t honor what corporate stated needed to occur, i have proof he kept deleting my check in (being in line) while even my kids were present. He legit told an employee “we’re not helping him with his discounts or fees that they promised him” I have it all recorded. I took video and will be submitting everything on the whole situation with how much they lied and committed blatant consumer fraud and misleading consumers on a federal level! His name was Gage or something but he knows i was going to right this review! Watch my tiktok of 3.1 M billion followers see the full story and screenshots and emails and in person interactions! He should be fired and i should be compensated heavily! Huge class action suit coming!!!!

I had the best experience this week at the Waco loop 340 Verizon store. I’m a business plan customer and was helped by Nancy the account manager. She was so knowledgeable about my options and made some very good suggestions. I ended up upgrading to new phones and made some changes to my plan and ended up paying less per month than I was. She was so kind and went above and beyond what was expected. I had been dreading going into the store - in the past it’s been a painful experience but Nancy did such a good job taking care of us I was pleasantly surprised. Andrew (another rep there) was also very helpful as well.

The worst customer service. Everytime I come to this location there is no greeting or anyone who asks if you need help or how can I help. 10/23/23 I visited the store and no one acknowledged me as a customer and I had to ask if anyone worked there only to be told. Yea I work here but I’m busy can you scan the QR code and sign in. That is the absolute worst customer service. I will definitely be switching to AT&T only bc of the customer service experienced on this day. I was on the fence but not anymore.

They ruined most of my Saturday and wasted 5 hours of time. I needed to do a Verizon warranty claim on my phone. An employee wearing a Falcons jersey told me to just call tech support and they can process the claim. Tech support was foreign and took 2 hours of useless resets and checks, then was told I had to go back to the Verizon store. The store then wanted me to wait two more hours before they could help. Thanks a lot Falcons Jersey guy. Useless!

Horrible. The worst Verizon I’ve been to. Wait time was ridiculous, the manager or supervisor was just floating around instead of helping his team that were very obviously swamped. He pulled a guy from helping customers to set up and end cap. You’d save time driving to another city for any issue you need. Poorly ran store.

Waited 2 for service before I gave up and left. At one point (about 45 min in) I was told that I was next in line, and then 20 minutes later that there were two people in front of me. A person that came in after us without an appointment left, then came back and was helped before us. At one point multiple employees stopped assisting customers and started to work setting up the display shelves instead of helping customers who had been waiting for over an hour. While setting up the display they kept setting off the security alarm, further adding to the frustration. At this point I would travel to a different city before returning to this Verizon store.

What a great experience! Andrew was phenomenal… probably the best customer service I have received in the retail world… ever… Ask for him if you go in. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, and will open the door for you when you leave. What a pleasant experience. Thank you, Andrew!! Impressed.

Been with Verizon a couple years. No major complaints. Went to store to see about upgrade. Man explained the conditions. Not exactly happy & didn't 100% understand the explanation. A " free phone " is NOT free IF your monthly payment is HIGHER regardless of the amount.

Went in today to purchase two IPad Pros. Got totally jacked around and they wasted my time trying to get me to switch to a business account then when I wouldn’t they told me I’d have to wait in line all over again after originally telling me I would get to hold my place in line. This store wasted an hour and a half of my precious time. I don’t like Verizon to begin with so after the second bad experience with this particular store I’ll be taking my business to another provider; I’ve never left a store so infuriated before. Verizon will not be getting another dime of my money!
