WE all know the pain in the arse when going to any phone service company. We know that os going to be a while and answering a million questions over and over of the same questions. BUT, I had the Top Gun Pilot of Verizon or any other phone service I have ever had. Her name was ALYS LUNA. She went over and beyond for an hour and half fighting on me behalf with the "corporate " representatives. A little issue that took 2 minutes to fix, became a 3 hour adventure. It started Saturday with me taking to corporate over the phone. I did everything they asked and my phone was still not reactivated. Verizon shut it off due to "fraud" which they are unable to tell me what fraud it was. They did this with out any OK from me. Any ways ALYS did her thing and made it happen. Keeping me calm in the meantime. She set the mood with her calm demeanor and smiling, laughing attitude. Thank you so much ALYS LUNA. Verizon kept a customer because of you. Verizon, you need more customer specialist like her. She is a specialist by far..

I went into Verizon because I had a $750 charge once I left. I didn’t understand why, but I spoke to Joshua who ended up spending an hour on the phone with tech-support trying to get me back on my Verizon account. Although things didn’t work out for me and customer Verizon was amazing and excellent service. He was incredibly passionate about making sure that I got what I needed and honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I honestly would switch back to Verizon just to be able to work with Joshua more. that man deserves a raise

Cristian was very calm and patient. He listened to the issue and went through all the steps to fix it. Even before the next level could assist, he took initiative and solved the problem.

Christian, “Chris” as he called himself is a horrible manager. One of their employees completed wiped my phone # and deactivated when clicking the wrong phone to erase from find my iPhone since I was attempting to turn in the phone for $ off new one. When I got on the phone with him to tell him my new phone was now on SOS and would not make calls or connect to anything he gaslit me and told me it was just a coincidence that the new phone went into SOS at the same time stating phones have been doing that. He activated my phone # again and new e sim without even explaining the process. He belittled me and talked in the background and didn’t acknowledge my worries of what the employee did. He was rude and disrespectful. Demeaning on the phone to me and rude to my mom in person. He also refused to direct me to his direct supervisor or give a name for the manager or regional manager above him. He hung up the phone. When I called Verizon to question about what had happened they explained to me the employee deleted my new phone when attempting to take “find my iPhone” off the old phone to turn in. I got on the phone with Verizon and apple and they helped me erase my old phone so no one could access it. I will say the man who helped me purchase the phone earlier this month was helpful. But after my experience with Christian “Chris” the manager on 5/28/2024 I will not be going back. Don’t gaslight customers Chris. Be a good human

Horrible service! Was with long-time Verizon customer needing phone unlocked, which should have taken just a few minutes. He was just ignored after check-in. Fifteen minutes later he found out that 3 people ahead of him had been waiting for more than forty minutes, so we left. I had been considering switching to Verizon but no way now!

I was in need of a new service provider, BUT AM NOT ALLOWED TO FINISH THIS CRITIQUE! NOW YOU WILL NEVER KNOW ABOUT MY COMPLAINT!!!
The employee who first helped me went out of her way to help me; she helped me select the phone and accessories, ending up with a phone l liked and was quietly stylish, not 'cute' as for a younger person. The screen surface was larger so l could read articles and messages w/o any problem. I am still thankful for her help, even though she does not appear to work there now.
I have returned to this satellite store 3-4 times since and the degree of help varies. One gentleman took plenty of his time to go over my charges, discussing each one so l understood them, even though l didn't like the amounts...more than what l had hoped for..at least in comparison to what l formerly had paid.
The last time a female employee basically just blew me off. I had received a message addressing no service for my phone. Since l am almost 80 yrs old and have reduced assistance, my phone is

Amazing service. A rep named Daniel was so patient and friendly. He ended up staying 30 min after close just to finish working though an issue I had with my SIM card. Very grateful for such a positive experience while going through a problem that could have been quite frustrating.

5 for the service. My apologies but I forget her name. She was more than helpful and understanding of the situation at hand. Navigating possible ways online and even telephonicaly tryna resolve the particular issue. Only later was it corrected but the effort was impressive!!!

If i could give zero stars or negative stars i would. The so called clown manager is a fraud, liar, coward! He hides when it comes to the area manager herself telling him how to assist for his stores faults. I showed receipts of my payments and he wanted me to pay a third time. Wouldn’t honor what corporate stated needed to occur, i have proof he kept deleting my check in (being in line) while even my kids were present. He legit told an employee “we’re not helping him with his discounts or fees that they promised him” I have it all recorded. I took video and will be submitting everything on the whole situation with how much they lied and committed blatant consumer fraud and misleading consumers on a federal level! His name was Gage or something but he knows i was going to right this review! Watch my tiktok of 3.1 M billion followers see the full story and screenshots and emails and in person interactions! He should be fired and i should be compensated heavily! Huge class action suit coming!!!!
