Irresponsible customer service, apparently did not care about customer’s concern.The air machine was out of order and staff just told me to call this number and report it by myself. No actions of empathy was seen.

Amazing. Walked in to use the restroom and get drinks for the road. The entire time, the clerk was berating a customer at the top of her lungs, colorful language and all, right in front of customers. Needless to say, we left almost immediately. Keep it classy there, kids!!

The attendent and her clan of friends are racists againest women of lighter color. My wife needed to use the facilities, when she walked through the door she received nothing but brutal staites from all of them. As she made her way past the crowd of 5 or 6 people not encluding the attendent, she noticed there was boxes and trash blocking the path the ladies room. Turning around looking for assistance she realized everyone had stopped speaking. The attendent just looked her with a Cheshire Grin. The clan stared down the noses.Question: is that the right way to treat a woman that is over 60 and disabled?We will never again buy fuel from a Valero.

Stopped at this station on my way back to San Antonio. Topped off my tank with $22 (pre-paid gas card which has a balance of $36.51). I tripped to PP card again once I got to San Antonio and the balance showed 0. I called the card service number and they my card was charged the EXACT amount of what my remaining balance was! I took a photo because the pump was (conveniently) out of paper. Disputing this and reporting this station!!!

I offered to buy a gentleman that was down on his luck some food from the McDonald's that was next door, and this fat c*** of an employee came over harassing me saying she can loose her job because he was asking, when I CLEARLY stated no i offered him the food and it wasn't from the gas station to begin with but she continued to be rude and arrogant and not listen to what was being said to her, it comes down to terrible customer service and probably a little racism which it's absolutely BS. Never again will I be stoping back at this establishment and I recommend you don't stop here especially in the evening.

It's very friendly environment the employee are extremely nice. The place is always pretty clean. They have good breakfast taco. And drinks are always 98 cents with tax I give them 5 ⭐.
