Horrible experience here, the older latino woman with glasses was enjoying being confrontational with the customers, a man that brought in a 2 lb Chihuahua was just dropping off a package that was prepaid and she gave the man a hard time about the dog it was 104 degrees out and the dog was being very good she told the man he can't bring dogs in, the man mentioned how hot it was outside, but she followed up with next time leave your window open, a lady was there with a small child and she was rude to her as well. If she hates her job she should quit or learn to be a little more compassionate.

I had the best experience at this post office location! I have very bad anxiety and I had to mail off something for the first time and was super nervous about going to the post office. The two ladies working at the counter were so sweet and helpful. There was also thankfully no one else in line at the time! They helped me figure out what envelope I needed and walked me through each step and even let me write everything out at the counter since no one was there. They were kind the entire time and if I ever need to mail anything I will always go to this location!

What's the point of having a phone number if you refuse to answer it? Sent out invitations 11 business days ago and no one has recieved them, even people living in the same town!?!? EDIT: Most people didnt ever receive the invites, a few did about a month after my baby shower?

I only use USPS pickup through their website after having that whole experience with the rude male employee I wrote a review about since I suffer from some bad anxiety but it’s been 4 days since I requested a package pickup and no one picks it up! The package is for my shop so now my customers package is going to be delayed. Usually you’d leave a paper stating why it wasn’t picked up but there’s no issues with the package so I don’t understand why no one has picked it up
