They never deliver any of my packages. They don't ring the doorbell, knock on the door, or have my package at the door. I always have to pick up my package at their building, which is very inconvenient.

our mail and packages never make it to our mail receptacle. This is the worst mail service I have ever had to deal with.. shameful I would give it a 0 star if it was available...

Hides mail, holds mail, when an address change is put in forward the mail to that address how hard can your jobs be. Delivery drivers are hiding mail for people and it's illegal going to be reported so this post office is under investigation.

Usps location is completely useless and incompetent. Instead of putting packages from Amazon in the Amazon box or actuality delivering to a home with people there, they just mark it incomplete without actually trying.

The ladies here are great I'll say that, they arent the problem. I've been frustrated with them at times but it's not their fault. The system the usps has created is the problem.

My package not delivered. Said on app no access to mailboxes etc. They put my other mail in the box. This particular package has been ordered 20 times before. They always put it my box because it small and fits well. No local # Online app ....CRAPOLA

This is the second time I have had an issue with either certified mail or packages. There is one man up there that is the absolute rudest! Even when asking to be contacted to a supervisor my number was taken down twice and still I was never contacted! My torn mail just ended up at my home two weeks later. Even after reaching out to usps customer service online none of my concerns were addressed. For being government owned you sure do have a crappy way of representing it. If youâre coming here for a solution to your problem youâre better off just not coming , save yourself the rage they make you pass.

Old white guy at the front desk was about to give me a hard time about picking up my package. Said that I couldnât pick it up because the package was in my boyfriendâs name. Literally told him that I had to reschedule a pick up because they would not deliver to my complex due to the size of the package. Package was in my boyfriendâs name but I was able to reschedule the pickup online in my name. I had Government issued ID AND MY LEASE! He said and I quote âwell Iâll let you do it this one time but next time blah blah blahâ when it clearly says on the website that we are allowed to reschedule the pick up and if we have to get some one else to pick it up must have government issued ID. I only brought my lease because I had a feeling someone was going to give me a hard time. Iâm sure he knows the rules and he knew I was right! Get it together uspsâŚ! I will also be filing a complaint on him as well! If it wasnât for me not backing down and showing him the confirmation email where it allowed me to reschedule the pickup in my name he would of never let me get the package!

I don't understand how something hasn't been done with this place yet. In the Willow Bend subdivision, mail/packages are CONSTANTLY put in the wrong boxes, missing, missing locker keys, etc. And when you call the office, nobody will answer the phone. Ever.

constantly delivers my packages and mail to the wrong address within my neighborhood. i have lost several packages because of this. does not complete redelivery requests, either.
