I go to this location about once a week and the employees are always great. They could use one more person at the counter during busy times, but overall, I’ve never been in line more than 10 mins.

I have called this sub station daily repeatedly and no answer. My daughter goes to school at Baylor University and she is home for the summer and we have her mail on hold and we’re wanting to pick it up, but we can’t even speak with anyone to see if she has any mail there. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we may have to drive there just to see. This is very unprofessional!!!! Help!!!

Ruby was absolutely phenomenal. I had a ton of questions & she was very willing to answer all of them & explain more about the process. She is so kind, understanding, & her energy truly lights up the room. I highly recommend this USPS location! I haven’t had the best experiences with other locations, but this was the best!

After 2 attempts at the South location on Hwy 6, I was able to get mine and my kids' passport paper work sent off! Ruby was kind, understanding and thorough, helping me through every step! Thank y'all so much. Amazing team!

May be the only USPS location that cares about its responsibility to deliver exceptional customer service. Never had any issues dealing with them. Replaced a broken mail box lock within a week with keys made and delivered promptly the first time I brought the issue to their attention.

I never write reviews, however this post office is awful. The woman who does passports is extremely rude. The website also states from 8-9 am tues-thurs that there are walk ups for getting a passport application in. to my surprise when I showed up, the woman responsible is not there, along with the employee who was there telling me they do not offer walk ups at all, causing half the line to be in the same predicament as I.

March 3,2024 mailed an important letter from Waco Texas to Houston TX the letter was mailed from the Clay Street facility. Correct postage, zip code etc was correct as of March 22,2024 recipant hasn't received as of today. Hated it. What is really going on? I could have driven to Houston. I will next time. Post Master General investigation is needed immediately.

Literally the worst post office I have ever visited. My husband and I needed to get our passports and we had an appointment the place had no applications and also you could not purchase a money order. One of the employees stated she had no access to get into the safe where the money orders were stored. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. This place is very unorganized.

Passport appointment went smoothly. Mrs. Ruby was wonderful and walked my husband and I through the whole process. We did show up 15 minutes early like stated we should do when we made our appointment. Mrs. Ruby did state that she gives 5 minutes for those who are running late. Our appointment was at 10:45am so we there at 10:30am. The 10:30am appointment was not present so Mrs. Ruby let us know that if they (10:30am appointment) were not present by 10:35am she would attend us. Which is fair, I believe since the 11am appointment was already present as well. I suggest you come the 15 minutes before your appointment since it’s one of the only post offices in Waco that offers passport and pictures. Promise you won’t be the only one there for a passport.

horrible post office full of lazy people. they'll take a simple 3 minute interaction and turn it into 15 minutes.
