Help one of your drivers for the Richland tx area a black dude keeps delivering to our back of the house. I got teenage girls who hang out in the back yard . Should i make a police report. He refuses my verbal face to face notice not to deliver in the back of the house. Ive made a complaint on him and UPS refuses to talk to him because he still has not stopped. Im worried for my girls. He might be a predator. What do i do. He doesnt stop. He already delivered to the front of the house and somtimes at the driveway. What compells this man to let himself to our backyard. Ive verbaly told him face to face not to do this. He has ignored my request. Ive made a complaint with UPS and they dont care. Ive decided to go public about this and i wilk wright the local newspaper. People need to be aware that a middle aged man , black, is taking it upon himself to go beyond the delivery points and invade your privacy by going to the back yard. Please what should i do. Ive been robbed once. I wonder if hes connected to it. People of Richland tx 76681 keep your cameras rolling and keep watch on this man whom allows himself to the privacy of your home under the badge of UPS. i dont even know this guys background. We want answers and i jope UPS replies to this NOTICE.

We have had 2 “deliveries” this week which were delivered to the home next door. Both times, someone was at our home to accept a delivery. Both times, the neighbor’s driveway gate was closed, but for some reason THAT driveway seems to be more attractive to the UPS driver. We expect another UPS delivery tomorrow. Will there be 3 misdeliveries in one week? AND our street numbers are significantly different. We are on a country street, but very well labled on the mailbox.

I have a colostomy. I order my medical supplies from 180 Medical and it is SUPPOSE to be delivered to my door with a signature required. Says so on every package. The drivers take all packages to the Apt complex office with no signature required. The complex is not in the business of accepting, holding, calling us or delivering our packages. So they tell UPS no !!! take to her door for signature.
They leave box on my porch. No notification. No signature.What does a Senior do to get our med supplies?
The boxes have been stolen off our porch. I have to pay for those supplies.
Help!! Please been going on 3 years
You can’t get through automated system to get any answers or speak to anyone.

Usually no one at the desk when they are open. If so, 1 person only. Other than that, good pricing on shipping and the rarely lose a package.

We spend tens of thousands of dollars a year bulk shipping with UPS and find it impossible to get a human being on the phone. Looking into switching exclusively to FedEx.

Bad weather; I got there about 5 minutes past closing on the Friday pm the weekend before Christmas. Busy was an understatement!Yet they were willing to accommodate my need to ship 2 small pkgs. A Christmas miracle! Wonderful people!Not the first time they have helped me, especially the lady at the counter!I was grateful and thankful...and prefer this business as compared to others in Waco for several reasons, not just this kindness.

6 calls to UPS. Over 2 1/2 hours in the phone. Given incorrect info every time. Finally will try to pick up package at hub tomorrow. It’s been sitting in Waco for 5 days and they can’t get it delivered. And when they mess up by leaving the package in the building and not putting it on the truck they mark it held at customer request. A complete fabrication to cover their rear. No one asked for it to be held. So sad no one takes responsibility anymore.

This is the most racist company/location I've ever seen. If you're colored you shouldn't have a problem but if your white or even look white you're going to have the hardest time working here. Don't get me started on Management they absolutely unprofessional, lack of work ethic and communication, they only want to yell at you if they want to go "FASTER" but they can't do the job themselves. You cant even ask for water or go to the bathroom without getting fired. (Drivers I'm sorry but if you clock in early youre going to get fired) This whole facility needs new management instead of hiring family and friend and hiring them right away as a supervisor. This place either needs to be shut down or a dramatic change needs to happen for it to be a positive work experience.
