The local staff and facility are great. The company (corporate) is not. Raised my rate by 28% in only 5 months. You know how moving is like getting a root canal? That's what these folks count on; that you'll pay the extra just to avoid renting a truck and finding another unit. It's a numbers game to them. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! By the way, I found another climate controlled unit in town, larger, for SIGNIFICANTLY less money. Shop around.
